Land and Houses Public Company Limited, founded in 1973, operating property development business, was established to be a company limited on August 30, 1983. I live here with my wife and daughter; we bought a 2 bedroom unit. The project area is conveniently located near the Ekkamai BTS station, where my child and I do not have to use a private car and take the Skytrain to work and go to school instead. My wife can walk to buy stuff and shop easily and conveniently as the area is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and famous department stores. Therefore, shopping is very easy. In terms of condo security, you do not have to worry at all. So, we are confident about this condo, and I'm not disappointed to choose here. My child and my wife have a good life as it is not difficult to go anywhere and spend time relaxing comfortably.

I rented this condo with 2 bedrooms. The room is decorated in elegant colors. Moreover, the project provides quality furniture as well. The condo is located in the heart of Bangkok, featuring a high-security system. It is surrounded by everything I need, such as shopping malls, restaurants, sky trains, and mass transit. It is convenient to travel everywhere I want to go to Bangkok. This condo is a modern and luxurious condo situated in the Sukhumvit area. It is excellent for everyone looking for a condo in a lively neighborhood with a pleasant environment and close to Terminal 21 and Central World.

My room is on the 7th floor, and the atmosphere is very good. The sunlight is well-accessed and pleasant. The swimming pool and the gym are quite old. It is also fully equipped with CCTV cameras and a good security system. The condo is located in the alley between Thonglor BTS and Ekkamai BTS stations, making it easy to travel and go anywhere. Many taxis and cars are passing through all the time, and food is easy to find; the nearest mall is Gateway Ekamai.

I have rented a 2-bedroom unit of this project with my family for about a year now. Overall, the living is quite smooth; I can't find any problem. The interior of the room is simple, and the appliances are also well equipped. The swimming pool may be a bit small, but it's not a problem for us because we barely used it. The project's location is in the alley between Thonglor BTS and Ekkamai BTS, so it's easy to travel anywhere.

I have lived here for more than 5 years and loved the management of the project. The atmosphere is quiet and private. The security system is quite high, so it's quite difficult for the visitors to get in and out. The 8-story condominium has an elevator and ample parking space. The wide unit area is decorated with good quality furniture. Located in a convenient location of the Sukhumvit area, only 800 meters from Ekkamai BTS.
