The Project's under construction in Maret
This project is under construction. As I can see, the house has 2-3 bedroom villa with a private pool. There is a lot of outdoor space around the house. The project offered a deal at a reasonable price. Its location is in the Maret area, which is quiet and surrounded by trees, suitable for living. Convenient to travel.
The starting price is attractive and a new project worth investing in
This area is considered quite okay, surrounded by many villas and residences. It is only about 1 kilometer from Tesco Lotus and not far from Lamai Beach. The project is under construction; it is a 1-story villa with only one car parking space. I think it is enough for us because most of the residents bought it as a vacation home. I think it will be very beautiful and luxurious when it is completed. Even in the area around here, I think it's worth the investment !!
Amazing pool villa
Amazing pool villa with beautiful design. It's private, quiet, and located in a residential area. The neighborhood of the project is full of bars and restaurants, only 5 minutes away by foot. Only 5 minutes by car to Lamai beach. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms which are spacious and airy. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the house with a pavilion and parking. The villa is gated. Very pleasant to live in.
Good location, reasonable price
It is a very interesting project because there are forests and nature around. I used to drive through the area under construction. Well, it looks good. The location is quite good as it is not far from Lamai Beach, approximately 2 kilometers apart. But the atmosphere at HANSA By Tropical Life Residence is very quiet and private, suitable for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle, and not too far from the community until having a hard time living. Also, the design of the villa is very beautiful and looks great. Every house has its private swimming pool and is designed to emphasize airiness and comfort to allow you to chill anywhere in the house. All of these start from just over 6 million baht, considered not expensive for real estate in Koh Samui. I'm currently in consultation with my husband, but I don't miss this project for sure.
Private villa near Lamai beach
I have a chance to visit the project last year. It's a very interesting project located on Samui Island near Lamai Beach. The starting price is only 6 million baht. There is a private swimming pool, car parking area, and a beautiful quiet nature. It suits for those who love nature and a traveler like me. It was my first impression. So, I looked at the plan; it's very spacious and fit well, suitable for a small family or a couple. There is also a private pool and a car park. Every room is facing the swimming pool, allowing to touch with the pool view because all doors, windows, and walls are made from glass. Every time gazing outside the room, I can see the villa surrounded by big trees. These are all reasons I choose this villa for my life in the future. If anyone is interested in it, you can visit the sales gallery, and there are only 8 villas. I'm pleased to be your neighbor.
Excellent scenery house
The house is nestled in the middle of the natural beauty of Koh Samui. It is a beautiful modern design with a tropical scent. The house interior is a neatly divided part of the room. It is suitable as a vacation home as it is a good atmosphere. My family and I have visited the showroom, and I like it very much. All furniture is quality and modern. Besides, the house has a private pool in the middle of the house. There is a space for relaxing and private car parking. It is suitable for my family. Also, it is close to Lamai Beach, Chaweng Beach, and Samui International Airport.
