when you stay at noya, you may go to a variety of destinations nearby, including restaurants, cafés, the airport, and many more. this is the place to be if you're seeking for a place to call home or relocate to. the interior and exterior designs are very spectacular. i'm thrilled to call this place home. everything here is pretty stylish and spacious, and you will not be dissatisfied with your decision.

the best place to live in abu dhabi

the villa is located in the best location in abu dhabi. yas island is the place that concludes all the leisure for entertainment and for relaxation with a big park near the villa. i love that my family can have a private swimming pool in our house and the big space for relaxation. i can look at the beautiful lake near my house with a floor to ceiling window and the room also looks spacious with a white tone. moreover, we can have a private car parking in your house.

exceptional price with a beautiful building

the apartment was located next to a beautiful canal that will help to relieve stress from a busy day. there is a long walkway beside the canal that i can take some rest while staying here. the yas mall is near the condo and provides plenty of restaurants and retail shops. it takes a few minutes to get there within a short distance from the condo.

the best community to stay at abu dhabi

i moved here for a month ago. i have to tell that this place is so amazing with a big green space near my house. it is also close to the beach, it’s like i have my own private beach. that is so grateful for me and my children. i can tell it is a perfect holiday home and highly recommended for everyone. our neighbourhood is so nice, you can find them at the sports place.

there are various places to visit when you stay at noya, including restaurants, cafés, the airport, and many others, all of which are close by. if you're looking for a location to call home or relocate, this is the place to be. both the inside and exterior design are stunning. i'm ecstatic to call this location home. everything is quite elegant and large here, and you will not be disappointed with your choice.

the important thing to mention about the cedars townhouses is the community. this place is surrounded by neighborhood facilities such as international schools which are suitable for growing families. the grocery, park, and the beach nearby. it is a good place for recreation, leisure, and relax, if you are people who like a vibrant and active lifestyle. moreover, the project is set in a great location that is accessible by two major intersections. i totally recommend it.

i have many things to mention about the water edge apartments. the first thing is the location. these apartments are set along the canal which give the nice views. i like to walk alongside the waterfront and having my coffee. there are plenty of shops and restaurants downstair. at the yas island, it tends to be the perfect location for outdoor activities like kayaking under the sun. this location is close to the beach too. personally, this is the place to sit back and relax inside the convenient island.

let's talk about the pricing first, the home in the emirates is less expensive compared to tokyo. i am so glad that the cedars villas are located on the island. it seems to be the perfect destination for resting and relaxing. as cedars is a villa, it is pet-friendly. my familay can enjoy the good moments together at this place. there are international schools around this area which is really nice to drop off my son and daughter. this is a perfect place for families. thanks!
