the building of this apartment was designed in white and earth tone which is related to the beach near the apartment. the apartment is trendy and has a unique style and gives a beautiful view of sharjah skyline. i’ll get a sense of calm and serene while a wind breeze from the beach. it has a few shopping malls but it has many local restaurants and supermarkets to comfort the urban life.

pearl tower is very spacious, and it’s affordable. this is a hidden gem. it doesn’t come by that often. the location is good. it has access to many places, thanks to its central and prime location. i recommend this property to anyone who wants to live in a good location, staying in a very spacious and affordable apartment unit. i live here with my family, and we’re all comfortable here.

the apartment gives a high speed elevator that you don’t have to wait for long and feel like staying at a 5 stars hotel with some good smell in the apartment. staff are always helpful and friendly. i have the best experience here. a great place to live away from traffic, near the seashore, and close to dubai.

nada residences apartments are in the prime location of maryam island. nada residences is located in the heart of sharjah in the city center. surrounding with shopping experiences, luxury dining experience, and stylish parks is it worth the money. maryam island is a very stylish and trendy location carter more towards the youth. a one-bedroom apartment in nada residences from the showroom looks very stylish and trendy. the colors math with the color for the sea and have a sense of a modern and new luxury apartment.

the apartment is so modern and minimal make it easy to clean. the location is near with the main road, which is make me easy commute to the other places and also, has beautiful beaches around the apartment which make me stunning with the view from my room. all the staffs are so nice and very helpful. highly recommend.

the apartment was located in a perfect location of sharjah, it is in the maryam island and accessible with a road near the area. it is close to the sharjah university and next to the al khan lagoon so i can take a deep breath in the room. the room was designed in a beautiful vibe and modern. it was designed in white tone which is related to a gorgeous sand beach.

accidentally found this beautiful place as we traveled around sharjah corniche. here it is called, maryam island. the beautiful place to chill out with amazing facilities as well as lively community. very peaceful place to sit and enjoy bbq with family and my kids is very fun there with a playground. furthermore, this place is near a variety of facilities like restaurants, retails, and cafes. along with nearby al taawun and al ittihad roads that easy access to popular neighborhoods.
