the perfect place for future living

the sharjah flat is the one that has caught my attention. as you can see in the photo, the apartment has a floor to ceiling window with a magnificent view of the outside. the location is handy for commuting, being close to sharjah international airport and dubai. there are also a number of wonderful eateries within walking distance of the property.

an interesting apartment with entertainment around the project

as it is the part of aljada project that has many amenities around the project. especially the dive-in theater that suits this situation. the project will be completed in 2023 with a fascinating electrical of the model apartment. the room was designed with a floor to ceiling window so i can take a look at a beautiful stunning view of the park that is close to the apartment.

the apartment was designed in a modern style with white and earth tone. the apartment project will be completed in 2022 and it is located in a nice location. the area has many amenities to comfort me such as restaurants, supermarkets, convenient stores, and shopping malls. it is easy to commute due to it being next to the big road.

the apartment has many facilities that provide a comfortable environment for all. i just saw the model of it, which is so perfect and modern with a spacious room. there is a good environment and it is not far from dubai and it also has the best school and university here. due to the apartment being located in the city of sharjah, there are many amenities to support the convenient life.

the villa offers several amenities that make it a pleasant setting for everyone. i recently saw a model of it, and it's great and contemporary, with plenty of space. it offers a pleasant setting, is close to dubai, and boasts the greatest school and university in the area. because the villa is in sharjah, there are several amenities to promote a comfortable lifestyle.

from my review, zohour 2 is a great place to stay alone or in a small family. there are maximise 2 bedrooms, along with the great space allocation. for the community, i think it provides all convenience things within its area, not only the shopping mall across the building which directly connects from the building but also a variety of world class amenities that i'm impressed with. zohour 2 is a perfectly present convenience place and suitable for people who love the simplicity lifestyle with thoughtfully designed spaces along with stunning facilities.

The Boulevard at Aljada
the apartments near shopping centers

what i like about the uae is that this city is one of the convenient cities in the world. we can find anything in this developed country. i moved to the emirates for a long time now. i found the appartments called the boulevard in sharjah. i like the location very much, since it is near dubai. around the community, there are shopping and retail centers, located in a walking distance. even if it is not in the capitay city, this place can somehow provide the similar feeling of the urban district.

Uptown Al Zahia
the calm ambience around the university area

the first important thing that i like about uptown al zahia is that the location is near the university. living around campus is one of the best communities in my own thinking.the other people around here seem to be more friendly than the urban district, since most of them come to study. there are many interesting facilities such as mall for some shoppings. it might be fun to take my dog for a walk in the community pathways. this is the peaceful community, far away from the city. i would rate it 4 out of 5.

i come to study at the american university of sharjah. i‘m looking for residences that are located near the university and offer reasonable prices. nest at aljada seems to be the answer, because it is located in which is very close to my university and people here are mostly the students like me. the project has good security service and amazing facilities as well as there are many room sizes to choose from with perfect space allocation. the facilities are perfect for a student lifestyle such as a meeting room, art studio, leisure space and also restaurants.
