burj daman is super luxurious. it has to be one of the best apartments in the city. it’s also very modern. i made the right decision to call this place home. as expensive as it is, it’s well worth it. the metro is just around the corner when i’m short on time. burj khalifa and dubai mall aren’t far away. i find myself visiting the mall more often than i should. the beach isn’t far as well. my kids love it there. we have to go there once a month. this is a perfect place to stay for anyone.

Central Park Tower at DIFC by Deyaar

i have an apartment here and i think it is one of the best buildings in difc. central park tower is set in the middle of difc where i can simply walk to gate avenue mall, and short walking to dubai mall and emirates towers. at the downstairs of the building there are many restaurants and coffee shops, salons, pharmacies and many convenient shops are available. the building facilities are great too, including an infinity pool, gym, and garden with a beautiful view to burj khalifa. the project consists of 2 buildings, which one you can live in and another one you can work as it is an office building. also, it is a very good quality building and amazing responsive management and security.

amazing structure, well placed layout, and nice and clean property. there are lots of salon shops inside which are very convenient for my wife. the tower is very unique with excellent architectural design. good neighbors and perfect location in the center of a vibrant community. the design is interesting and has a large balcony with beautiful view of the city and wide room space, bedrooms are big enough for me and my wife. cost is less than other difc buildings. there are many facilities such as swimming pools, barbecues areas. moreover, easy access to the main road like al khail road and within walking distance of dubai mall &and downtown dubai. recommended!
