dt1 ラグジュアリー アパートメンツでは、バルコニーからブルジュ ハリファの最高の景色を眺めることができます。ブルジュ・ハリファだけでなく、ドバイのスカイライン全体とパーム・ジュメイラが左手に見えました。アパートはただ豪華です。 1ベッドルームのアパートメントは驚くほどモダンで、床から天井までのガラス窓、優れたキッチン用品、通勤に必要なすべての服を清潔に保つための大きなウォークインクローゼットが備わっています。アメニティは素晴らしいです。ドバイの暑い季節には屋上スイミングプールで泳げます。プールに入って浸るのはとても寒いです。ドバイの完璧なシティライフスタイルです。

boulevard central towers is everything what dubai is about and becoming. the luxury and spacious apartment units. a 1-bedroom apartment in boulevard central towers is very spaicous. the master bedroom comes with a build-in closets, a big place to keep perfume like a powder room. the living room is very spacious, that leds to the balcony where its a unblocked view the burj khalifa. everything is so close by to my workplace and even to cafes and restaurants to just relax along burj khalifa. perfect for me who loves the city and loves that everything is close by.

great location with the proximity to sheikh zayed road

before i begin my review, i have to say that i own a car in dubai. living at the lofts west in downtown dubai do not actually need to own a car, since it is pretty well-connected with a lot of public transportations. on the other hand, for those who are driving, this place is very close to the main road networks in the city. it takes like less than 5 minutes to get to the sheikh zayed road. from this route, it is easily linked to many interesting destinations in dubai, such as the palm jumeirah and dubai marina.

i have an apartment here and i think it is one of the best buildings in difc. central park tower is set in the middle of difc where i can simply walk to gate avenue mall, and short walking to dubai mall and emirates towers. at the downstairs of the building there are many restaurants and coffee shops, salons, pharmacies and many convenient shops are available. the building facilities are great too, including an infinity pool, gym, and garden with a beautiful view to burj khalifa. the project consists of 2 buildings, which one you can live in and another one you can work as it is an office building. also, it is a very good quality building and amazing responsive management and security.

boulevard central is a lovely residential unit in the heart of downtown dubai. it includes a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, a kitchen, a powder room, and a master bedroom. it also has a spacious balcony. the variety of amenities available to residents, along with a vibrant community atmosphere, make it a dream come true to live here. burj khalifa and the dubai mall are both close by.

good layout in quiet space but downtown standard finishing.

i moved in a few months ago, boulevard central towers is one of the finest places to live in.the building is a small one in the heart of downtown dubai. layout is also good and the apartment is quite well despite being on a lower floor. great lobby and great activity room provided. the rooms are spacious with a nice layout for a bedroom but the finishing is average by downtown standard. also, the lack of visitor parking spaces near this complex might become problematic.
