私の謙虚な意見では、サマナゴルフアベニューは、ゴルフ愛好家が最大限の練習体験を得るために必要なものがすべて揃っています。一部のゴルフコースと実践的なゴルフシミュレーターを備えています。ドバイでは天気がとても良いので、ゴルフはとても涼しいです（ここではほとんど雨が降っていません）。周囲には学校、病院、商店街があります。そのため、日々の食料品の心配をする必要がなくなりました。私はこの場所を 5 点満点中 4.5 点と評価します。印象的な共用エリア !

reasonable price, modern style, and pet-friendly

the apartment is so comfortable with a big road near the apartment. the apartment was designed with a floor to ceiling window which could help make the room more spacious. the swimming pool is on the podium floor with an open area that can overlook a beautiful sky. apartment provides a mini golf course and barbeque area in the apartment.

i like the high security in this residence

the merbella village offers me a plenty of great things to make my living experience more enjoyable. this villa community has the secure gated entrance which can ensure my private life of me and my family. one of my favorite things here is that the communal street is so well-managed. i love to exercise with my son. we always do jogging and sometimes we take the bicycles. this place is very perfect to live as a family, because it has a peaceful atmosphere.

well, this is probably my first property review in dubai. at lime light twin towers, it is a pleasure to live here to be completely honest. this apartment is quite affordable with the inexpensive starting price. apart from that, i kind of think that the security department is awesome which make me feel even more secure. this place is not so far from the miracle garden which i often go there for a walk. my room is the compact studio, but it is quite large especially for living alone. i usually go to the tennis court with my friends just for exercising sessions.

nice and modern apartment building

this will be my first apartment review in the city of dubai. the elite 10 sports residence seems to be noticable among many beautyfully-designed apartments close to the community of jumeirah village circle. this residential building offers me a wide range of premium amenities such as swimming pool for both men and women. therefore, i think that this place is very safe in terms of living condition as well as surrounded aspect. i would really like to recommend this place for those who love natural environment.

great facilities and excellent location.

i like the project, especially glitz. this is a very peaceful community with good facilities. including the swimming pool, kids play area, and leisure space which i can enjoy all of them on my weekend. the amazing rooftop swimming pools are very nice which i can exercise together with looking at the skyline views. the payment plan option is good and easy to handover. convenient location that connects to the metro station and main road. i really recommend this place for people who need to stay in a tranquil environment with easy access to many facilities.
