al alka 3 close to emirates golf club, which is the big golf course, and the greens dog park near the apartment. it is easy to commute with a bus stop near the apartment. the apartment was designed with a modern style with a cozy style in the room. it has a fully equipped kitchenware in the room and balcony. the swimming pool is open air and clean with a standard size.

if you love the city lifestyle but sometimes have a lingering feeling for having some peace and quiet then al jaz apartments is for you. a 1-bedroom apartment is modern, comfortable, and semi-luxury. as a low-rise tower and located in the greens, the area is beautifully organized as a residential district. nestled between major district, everything you step outside, the whole city of dubai is right there. i have easy access to dubai marina for water side eateries and bars. all my grocery shopping and retail shopping needs are cover at al barsha district. the metro station is just 6 minutes away. al jaz apartments are reasonable prices as well. it is like i found my small little hide-out in the flashy city of dubai.

al samar apartment is very affordable of its prime location in dubai. the greens community is a quiet, laid-back community nestled between another prominent district of dubai. al samar apartments is very close by to business hubs and leisure attraction. a one-bedroom apartment is spacious with a big living room and dining area. all white and brown color tones to reflect the middle east culture. the prime location and laid-back ambiance in central dubai are the best.

most prime location in dubai

al sidir complex apartment is in one of the best locations in dubai. being smack right in the city center but with a suburban environment. a two-bedroom apartment is very spacious, with big balconies, big living room and bedrooms. everything is white and brown color tone. everything is very close by, such as schools for my kids and shopping centers. lots of foods in the area as well. the environment around al sidir is very family-friendly.

low-rise apartment in the lively community

the greens is my favourite area in dubai. beautifully designed pastel-colored houses with fountains and immaculately kept lawns. the central shopping center is large enough to meet all of your mid-week needs. since our balcony on street 6 overlooked a major road and racetrack, we were subjected to some noise from passing cars late at night. the concierge provided exemplary security and cleaning. i feel incredibly fortunate to be able to move here for a short time, but the prices are expensive. al arta 3 buildings are something i would recommend to everyone.

al ghaf apartments are located in a calm and quiet residential district of central dubai. al ghaf apartments are very spacious with big balconies. a 2-bedroom apartment is all white marble floors with brown color wooden furniture’s. on the older side, but the apartment is very spacious. the location of al ghaf apartments is a huge factor as well. being close to barsha heights of grocery shopping. for a night out dubai marina is just 10 minutes away. to go golfing is just another short walk. al ghaf provides the best of both worlds.

i chose to live in al dhafra 4 because i liked the community as the apartment was in the greens community, a quiet environment surrounded by nature. there are many amenities, whether for relaxation or exercise. there are a variety of shopping malls and convenience stores nearby. moreover, it is not far from the city and close to the waterfront community like palm jumeirah. another thing i like is as the building is a low-rise, it makes me feel private and not busy. the room was wide, the beautiful views of the community that made it feel relaxed. as well as this is pet-friendly building as well. thank you

modern residence in the greens community.

i would like to mention that the greens is one of my favorite residential communities in the city. al arta 1 is amazing, especially with its prime location. the project is close to sheikh zayed road, providing easy access to the city's main attractions such as dubai internet city and dubai marina. moreover around this lush area, it has golf courses which are not too far away from the community. by the way, the facilities look nice. it has a swimming pool, gym, garden, and walking and jogging trails great for outdoor exercise. as i am a sports person, it is pleasing to have the exercising facilities inside the community in easy ease.

al alka 3 is in a nice and trustworthy community because it is a project by emaar. i live alone in one spacious bedroom that has a wide space and large balcony. the scenery of nature makes me feel fresh and relaxed. the building itself has a modern classic with yellow tones. and there is a swimming pool and garden in the middle area. feel like staying at a resort. the green public facilities is something that i am impressed with because there are so many things to choose from as it is a family-friendly community. i really agree

al alka 1 is in the greens which is a lively community suitable family. there are many facilities and amenities that surround the community such as shopping mall, school, as well as a recreation area. moreover, the apartment also provides the swimming pool which is set amidst the lush greenery five some sense of fresh and unwind. moreover as in the greens, residents can enter the community facilities such as sport courts, bbq area, gym, and walking and cycling track by booking advanced. for the location, it is also close proximity to many business centres such as dubai marina and palm jumeirah as well. overall, i strongly recommend this building and the greens for families.
