dubai is a luxurious place. however you can find great hidden gems in dubai as well. with fazwaz uae agents we found a gem at luma21. a affordable yet luxurious apartment in jvc as well. jvc is a great community in dubai. a quiet place, yet not to far off from the city center. a good place to start a family with my girlfriend. the 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, affordable for the price, with shining white marble floors. modern furniture as well, with some minilist design. sometimes luxury does not have to be more than a million us dollar. luma21 is a beautiful, luxurious location dubai.

reasonable price apartment that brings in lots of happiness

i live in dubai for 6 years and working here and want to call it home now. finally found a perfect home in dubai. the price is very reasonable for its location. business bay is just 10 minutes away. jvc basically have everythinig to offer from viva supermarkets, to jumeirah golf estates to tee off every weekend. the 2-bedroom apartment is just beautiful. with colors of warmth, and inspired by the dessert you just feel so happy coming back home. as a low-rise from the units you can see much green parks, a beautiful swimming pool, and a view of burj khalifa from a far too.

コンドミニアム プロジェクトは、アラブ首長国連邦のドバイの一等地にあります。コンドミニアムはシェイク・モハメッド・ビン・ザイード・ロードに近いため、簡単にアクセスできます。スポーツシティはコンドミニアムの隣にあり、大きなゴルフコースと緑地があり、部屋からの新鮮な空気で深呼吸できます。スイミングプールは5つ星ホテルのようにとても良いです。とても創造的で安全な子供用プレイルームがあります。

私は通常レビューを書きませんが、この場所について書かなければなりません。ベルグレイヴィア広場のお気に入りの部分は、外観デザインと設備の両方です。まずはエクステリアですが、ブラウン系の色は人目を引き、どこか高級感があるので、どのマンションにも似合いそうです。アーストーンの色に住むことは、私に落ち着いた感覚を与えてくれます。施設は素晴らしく、ジムには便利な設備がたくさんあります。お一人様やカップルにおすすめ。

spanish towers in sports city has a fantastic location. it is part of a complex that provides a comfortable lifestyle through in-house amenities and nearby amenities. the two-bedroom unit is great, and spacious enough for anyone who has a single child. its spacious and a great apartment. it’s great to get around the city as well.

私はここの自然環境の景色が大好きです。 aria apartmentsは市内中心部のすぐ近くにあります。この場所に満足している私のお気に入りの理由の 1 つは、ラス アル ホール ロードとシェイク ザイード ロードという 2 つの主要道路に接続していることです。私の部屋は私とルームメイトにとって十分な広さです。私と妻はコミュニティエリアでスポーツをするのが大好きです。近くに食料品店や店がいくつかあり、おいしい食事を食べることができます。これは、休暇を過ごしたい若者にとって良いコミュニティです。
