as i know about orb tower residences 11, i think “comfortable” is the best definition for it. there’s surrounding by cozy atmosphere and convenient to access facility and other district by their convenient transportation but suitable to drive more than use public transportation. for facility is available as well such as restaurant and café are easy to find. as well as academic facility and hospital nearby. so, there’s one of a good place to growing children and also able to assume this location is livable.

for my opinion, the orb tower seems to be quite promising in terms of the built quality and overall security. i like that this apartment building is located very close to the business bay district. as far as i know, this place is one of the premium residential neighborhood in the city of dubai. the rooftop area looks kind of nice. i am able to experience the views of blue lagoon as well as the natural decoration. superb building in the private environment!

as far as i’m concerned, the azizi victoria apartments are inside the modern neighborhood which promote the active life style. what i like the most is the green decoration such as walkways and gardens. the area is somehow very convenient, because it has grocery stores for shopping. i don’t need to go so far from the residence to get my stuffs. this place is also allowed pets which is so nice to have my cats here. i am so amazed with the design, it looks similar to other modern developments, with the addition of luxury.

what attracted our attention is the tremendous man-made crystal lagoon. my first impression on the project is when we came across the exterior decoration. in dubai, there is a variety of high-end properties for buyers. if i would rate this villa it will be 5 out of 5. everything from the unit, design, security, home technology are incredibly remarkable and over the edge. after many hours of internet scouting, this project catches our attention the most. this place is a very desired community for anyone who have a big family. additionally, visiting the actual place gives me a beyond-expectation experience.

after a week in dubai, i literally found an awesome apartment in mbr city. me and my husband just move to uae. we are new here. we did a lot of apartment searching from time to time. eventually, we ended up with this luxury apartments for both of us. the project was finished at the end of 2020, so it is quite brand new. i really love this community; everyone is very nice. we got the 1 bedroom apartment with water views. for a couple who works in the city of dubai. i could guarantee that this is the perfect place for you.

traveling to dubai for the first time, i recently got a new job. there are many amazing high-end apartments with the considerable price range. in england, the property is very expensive and small. living with a child seems to lack of free space. the district one residence is considered to be well-organized. the project was just finished last year. what i fancy about this place is the crystal lagoon. i love to splash into the pool with my kids. this place has a plenty of space for my son and daughter to spend their free time. would recommend this place for any small families. it is totally excellent.
