one park avenue is a beautiful and stylish apartment in the new district of sobha hartland. very close by to downtown dubai where i work, but also not too closed by that you can feel the calm and tranquil ambiance of residential dubai. a 2-bedroom apartment is perfeect for couples with extra space to have a guest bed. a big living area, with my very own game zone as well. just a beautiful and nice apartment to enjoy the slower-pace in life.

hartland estates villas for me is the great villa which is proper in every facility. the project is perfect in many dimensions including making a nice first impression by luxury architecture and reflecting their sustainability concept by green design technique, then their function is a combination between green and smart living which is a part of sustainability as well as the project price.

quad homes in my opinion looks modern and full of convenient facilities. for the first impression of the project is comfortable transportation and visibility, this could make sure that the project will provide a convenient transportation and get easy access facility in the surrounding area. then, the project is full of convenience and so impressive about the private elevator inside. so, i think the project is multi-functional and suitable for many types of groups.

my impressions of one park avenue are its location and its design. for the location, it is located in the community which has a very lively and calm atmosphere as well as convenient. as it is surrounded by many retails, restaurants and supermarkets which promote a convenient living. it is also connected to the many landmarks in the city like business bay and dubai mall. the interior design is very nice because of the room sizes which designed to fit with all groups of family as well as living alone. it is also functional. the large terrace is very nice with the breathtaking views of the skyline. this place is also secured and private.i would give 4.5 out of 5.

my favorite parts of hartland waterfront villas are facility and location. i am very impressed with the community of sobha hartland, since it provides a top-notch lifestyle of living. the residence is very private and secured, which is perfect for living with family. homes are very big together with best interiors and facilities like private swimming pool and backyard as well as a canal giving some sense of waterfront living. moreover, there are also many useful facilities for workout and recreation like jogging track, playground, and yoga area. so, this seems to be a perfect place to live for people who need to live in a nice community that provides the finest interior as well as security with reasonable prices.

まず第一に、クリーク ビスタ タワーからの眺めは、特に午後遅くには驚異的です。この場所が提供してくれた多くのことに感銘を受けました。比較すると、ここドバイのこの物件の価格は英国よりも安価です。ドバイクリークのロケーションは最高です。ジョギングコースやプール、フィットネスジムなどアクティブな生活をサポートする充実の設備が整っています。落ち着いた環境での運動は、やはり格別です。このレジデンスを評価する必要がある場合、5 点中 4.5 点になります。この場所にもっと大きなユニットがあればいいのにと思いました。

living in the private setting is my favorite kind of living. the sobha hartland townhouses tend to be more slightly expensive than the usual townhouses. however, the privacy and safety that i received from this community is spectacular. this place is simple to locate from the al khail road, since it is in the area of mbr city. there are two schools for any parents. the home is quite large and has 3 floors. in this community, the pets can also play in the parks outside. this is a private space to grow with the family. thanks.

i have not seen many villa projects as unique as the hartland villas. this place are absolutely suitable for middle-sized families. to begin, i would like to talk about the location. at the mbr city, this place is prestigious from the community to the residence. with all the basic facilities such as a large swimming pool, gymnasium, as well as the community park, i can enjoy my weekend here without any boredom. sometimes, i love to drive into the downtown area which are relatively close to this location. 4.5 out of 5 for sure!
