この場所を購入したことを後悔することはありません。私が購入した家には、広いリビングエリアに 4 つのベッドルームがあります。プロジェクト内の施設は、クラブハウス、プール、ジム、サウナです。場所は、町から車で 30 分ほど離れたハンドン地区にあります。飲食店やコンビニエンスストアが立ち並ぶ住宅街にあるという好立地。素晴らしい！

diya valley project の雰囲気にとても感銘を受けました。渓谷と川の心地よい自然に囲まれています。ここにいると気分がリフレッシュし、幸せです。私のライフスタイルに適した63平方メートルのリビングエリアを備えた2ベッドルームと2バスルームの家を購入しました。その上、家のデザインはモダンで安全、そして住みやすいです。隣人はかわいくてフレンドリーです。共用エリアには、フィットネスセンター、プール、公園など、設備の整ったクラブハウスがあります。モダンで、サービスの使用に適しています。中部空港にも近く利便性の高い立地です。このプロジェクトは価値のある投資と見なされます。

村は日陰のいい雰囲気です。プロジェクトの住宅は、イタリア風の美しくデザインされています。約110平米の3ldkの一戸建てを借りました。個人的にはどうでもいいです。家に加えて、快適で標準化されるため、生活ははるかに快適になります。チェンマイ市内やセントラル空港からもそう遠くなく、車で約10～15分。どこにも行かない場合は、クラブハウス、プール、フィットネスセンター、サウナ、庭園、大きな湖がある村の中心部もリラックスするのに最適です。村の隣人は湖の周りを散歩するのが好きで、私もこの地域の人々と出会うのが好きです。彼らは友好的だ。

ここで家を買う前に、私は多くのプロジェクトを見てきました。最後に、交通が便利で、街から遠くないハンドン地区にあるため、この場所が気に入っています。マーケットとショップにも囲まれています。村の中は、何百という家屋が建ち並び、非常に広いと言えます。でも全然混んでない。静かで、安全システムも充実。スイミングプール、クラブハウス、ジョギング用の公園があります。チェンマイへの旅行は約30分です!!

an extravagant project with the most extensive common area, including a swimming pool, a playground, a sauna room, and a fully-equipped gym, suitable for residents of all ages. the project is located in a great location, close to kad farang village and premium outlets. i really like it here because of its convenient transportation, quiet neighborhood and high privacy. the neighbors are not overcrowded.

湖の隣にある、快適で日陰のある良い村。プロジェクト内には大きな緑地があります。共用部には、クラブハウス、プール、フィットネス、サウナなど老若男女問わずご利用いただけます。私の家のタイプは、家の中に寝室が 3 つあるルッカで、それほど大きくはありません。 3人暮らしなのでちょうどいいサイズです。隣人は素敵です。最も重要なことは、空港への移動が便利で、わずか 13 キロしか離れていないことです。

the project is located in an excellent location, conveniently close to chiang mai international airport and surrounded by amenities. fresh markets and department stores are less than a 10-minute drive away. the brand-new building has a good security system. the security guards are friendly and diligent. there are various facilities provided for residents, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a parking lot.

my family and i have been living here for 6 months. it's a tranquil and livable project. importantly, it's close to hang dong hospital, where my mother has been treated for a while, less than a 5 minutes drive. the neighbors in the project are cute and helpful. the staff also takes good care of the common areas. the road is wide enough to easily park the car. the house that my family and i rented is a detached house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the interior is well decorated, although it looks a bit old and every piece of furniture works well. there are only a few complaints about the electricity that will fall during the night but not often.
