最高品質の村をお探しなら。このプロジェクトをお勧めします。近所の人はほとんどが外国人です。大きな村で、中には共用プール、大きな公園、レストラン、テニスコートなど多くの施設があり、セキュリティもしっかりしています。自然愛好家なら、ここが最適な場所です。緑が多く、幹線道路からも近いので便利です。

i bought this house for my parents to live in after they retired. the village is small and was recently completed. i enjoy the natural atmosphere, which includes paddy fields and mountains. the size of the house is appropriate to our family and safe due to the fence, and pets are also allowed. the project is near the kadpakwan market, which has fresh and dry food, making it very convenient.

この村には優れた基本計画があり、とても美しく整頓されています。私の家はガーデンシリーズの家で、ベッドルーム3室、バスルーム3室、車約2台分の駐車スペースとプライベートプール付きです。この家は美しくモダンなデザインで、広々としたリビングエリアと天井の高さがほぼ4メートルあります。バランスが良く、機能的でした。ヨーロピアンスタイルのキッチンや上質な家具が備わっているので、お金を払う価値があります。共用エリアには、クラブハウス、スイミングプール、ミネラルウォーターシステム、庭園、遊び場が含まれます。お子様連れのご両親はとても気に入ると思います。プロジェクトに加えて、それは住民の健康と安全にも関係します。定期的に共用部の掃除をしてくれます。重要なのは、問題が発生したときはいつでもスタッフがサポートし、すぐに解決してくれることです。プロジェクトからの移動は便利で、子供たちの学校であるランナインターナショナルスクールにも近く、車で10分以内で快適で、チェンマイのダウンタウンまでは約15分です。あらゆる面でとても便利なので、この選択は正しかったと思います。感動！

i am very impressed with the atmosphere around in the mood luxury pool villa project. it is a project surrounded by the nature of san phak wan. refreshing and feel happy to stay here inside the villa i bought, 4 bedrooms in size over 300 square meters of living space which is very suitable for my lifestyle. including the interior design of the house that is modern and safe, livable, the neighbors are cute and friendly. as for the full project facilities such as swimming pool, outdoor area, garden, tennis court, it is modern and suitable for use. the project can travel comfortably, very well. near wiang kum kam chiang mai municipal fresh market and chiang mai international airport as well considered a project that is worth the investment.

loft style villa, very cool!

the house design is very cool in loft style with a bare concrete design and a few pieces of furniture that make the house look more spacious. i really love that the interior is mainly in dark-tone decoration, making it look more stylish. there are a total of 3 bedrooms with a swimming pool and a yard for pets. the location is quiet, suitable for living for full relaxation. there are many trees, very shady!

the villas are perfect for family vacations with a distinct elegance. the interior is decorated with great quality furniture. a big villa, several bedrooms can accommodate large family members comfortably. there is a private swimming pool with a high fence for privacy. if traveling to chiang mai airport, it takes only 10 minutes by car.
