The Trio Condominium

mountain view + great location make trio condo a favourite

the "trio" condominium is well known as a super convenient location on huay kaew road. it has a very clean pool with an awesome view of doi suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff. the rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. all have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy). because it's close to the mountain, the trio condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon. most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.

i just moved into this condo less than a month ago. i haven’t found any problems since i moved here. i think it’s because this condo was newly completed, and it’s still in good condition. my room is a one-bedroom unit which is more spacious compared to other room types. plus, the room comes with a modern design and complete furniture. most importantly, the common area has many facilities, including a swimming pool and a fitness center. in addition, the condo is located in the city center with access to local amenities, like central chiangmai, which is very convenient.

it is a small condo with an affordable rental price. it is suitable for long term rental. the room is not very big but not too narrow, decorated and equipped furniture and built-in wardrobes, increasing space and tidy. my room comprises a balcony and a sliding door conveniently close and open to receive the fresh air outside. the common area is like a normal condo, consisting of a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a security system with the key card. also, there is a guard who takes care of the safety of the residents 24 hours.

私たちはここに 1 年間滞在しています。コンドミニアムの立地も良く、日常生活に便利です。館内にはレストランとコンビニエンスストアがあります。コンドミニアムのスタッフは優れたサービスを提供し、入居者をサポートします。客室は美しく清潔で、プールの景色を望むバルコニーが付いています。近所の人たちもフレンドリーです。空港の近くなので残念です。昼間はベランダのドアを閉めないと飛行機の音がずっと聞こえてきます。ただ、個人的には音に慣れてしまったので全く問題ありません。快適に暮らす!!

Punna Residence 1 @Nimman

私は現在ここに住んでいますが、最高です。一部ほど近代的ではありませんが、建物が開発されてから10年経っても、非常によく維持され、優れた品質を示しています。幸せでフレンドリーな住人がいたるところにいて、プールは混雑していませんが、近所の人に挨拶するのに適した環境です。

another condo with a reasonable price in a central location of chiang mai. approaching distance near kad suan kaew in 10 minutes, super convenient! my room is a 1-bedroom unit, clearly divided with simple decoration. it's quite similar to other condominiums with a gym and a pool, quite convenient! this is an interesting option for those who are looking for a condo in the nimman area at a low price.

the project is located in an excellent location, very perfect in the nimman area, close to maya shopping mall. convenient for both living and traveling. it's a small condo with a very high-security system. the room is fully furnished, and the hot water system works well.

ニマン地区の中心部にあるフレンドリーな環境にあるコンドミニアム。このエリアにはシックなレストランやモダンなバーが建ち並び、ティーンエイジャーで賑わっています。プロジェクト施設には、スイミングプール、庭園、駐車場があり、24 時間常駐の警備員が常駐しています。彼らはとても礼儀正しくて親切です。外観は素晴らしく、インテリアはヨーロッパの基準に従って装飾されています。部屋は広く、スペースがうまく割り当てられています。

私は彼氏と一緒にここに滞在します。コンドミニアムはチェンマイ中心部のニマン地区にあります。プロジェクトの設備は完了しています。ここの価格は値段相応です。環境も良く、一年中気候が良いです。コンドミニアムの下には大きなプールがあります。また、共用部も広いです。わずか8階建てですが、高級感があり、お値段以上の価値があります。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーですが、英語はほとんど話せません。

ほぼ1年前からこの場所を借りています。市内中心部にあるため、場所は完璧で、どこへでも簡単に移動できます。ニマン地区には多くのショップ、レストラン、おしゃれなカフェがあり、マヤチェンマイなどの有名なデパートもあります。また、ここは空港の近くなので、少し騒音があるかもしれないので、平和を愛する人にはお勧めできません。私が泊まった部屋はワンベッドルームで、モダンな内装が施されています。このコンドミニアムはよく手入れされているため、状態はまだ新しく見えます。共用部はスタッフが常に清潔に保っております。暇なときは、プールサイドのテラスで本を読むことが多く、とてもリラックスしています。エクササイズをしたい方には、設備の整ったフィットネスセンターもあります。ニマン地域でコンドミニアムを探している人にはこのコンドミニアムをお勧めします。価格も品質から考えるとリーズナブルです。
