mountain view + great location make trio condo a favourite

the "trio" condominium is well known as a super convenient location on huay kaew road. it has a very clean pool with an awesome view of doi suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff.
the rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. all have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy).
because it's close to the mountain, the trio condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon.
most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.

このプロジェクトは「unique」です。位置からわかります。ドイ ステープの隣にあり、部屋からは庭園と山の景色を眺めることができます。一般的なコンドミニアムとは大きく異なります。賑やかな通りから離れたドイ ステープの足元に位置していますが、ニマーン ロードからはわずか 10 分です。仕上げと建材が異なります。彼らは床タイルを使用し、各部屋の間に防音ブロックがあり、夜間のプライバシーが妨げられないようにしています。コンドミニアムは入居する準備ができています。価格にはすべてのビルトインおよび一部の電化製品が含まれているため、装飾や物を購入する時間を無駄にする必要はありません。さらに、ここのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、できる限りお手伝いをしたいと思っています。

静かな雰囲気の居心地の良いコンドミニアムで、リラックスするのに最適です。部屋からは美しいドイステープの景色を眺めることができます。バルコニーを開けると朝の風が入り、新鮮な空気が入ります。スイミングプール、ジム、庭園、サウナ、広い駐車場など、住民が使用できる共用エリアがあります。建物のデザインもユニークで、各部屋が向かい合わないように設計されており、プライバシーを重視する人にはとても良いと思います。しかも人も少なく、ほとんどが外国人です。また、渋滞さえなければ5分程度で行けるチェンマイ市内ほどの賑やかさはなく、最高のロケーションです。素晴らしい！

彼女と私はこのコンドミニアムの 2 ベッドルーム ユニットを借りています。部屋には家具や電化製品が完備されています。さらに、雰囲気は穏やかでリラックスできます。スイミングプールは大きくて清潔です。立地に関しては、病院や大学、マヤライフスタイルショッピングセンターやセントラルデパートなどの有名デパートにも近いので便利です。最も重要なのは、私が会員になっているランナ ゴルフ コースに近いことです。全体として、この部屋を借りるのは正しい決断でした。

the place is clean, but there is not enough parking space.

the environment here is clean and tidy. the staff is ready to assist and provide good advice. you can rent here on a daily or monthly basis. the food at the restaurant is delicious, but the parking lot, which is quite small, may not be suitable for people who have a car. however, it meets the needs of both family and friends looking for a place to relax or travel at a reasonable price. the surroundings are also not desolate. there are many hotels and apartments to select from. in addition, the hotel is close to chiang mai zoo and chiang mai university.

it is one of supalai's excellent standard projects, featuring a 2-story single house with a large living area. there are five different types of houses to choose from, and i chose a three-bedroom house with high-quality and beautiful furniture. there are complete facilities for the common area, including a clubhouse and a gym. notably, the location is close to kad farang hang dong, makro hang dong, and hang dong hospital, making my life easier. and now i'm counting down the days until the house is completed so i can move in.

このプロジェクトのショールームを見に行きました。インテリアはシンプルでありながらも、同時に存在感を放ちます。お部屋も6タイプご用意しております。共用エリアにはスイミングプールとフィットネスセンターがあります。さらに、当施設はムアン チェンマイの中心部に位置しており、ショップ、レストラン、観光スポット、マヤ ライフスタイル ショッピング センターやチェンマイ大学などの有名なデパートなどの施設へ簡単にアクセスできます。ただ、ワンルームは比較的狭いので、使える面積がワンルームより少し広いので、1ベッドルームを予約して契約することにしました。

a single house in the heart of a good environment

i am a foreigner, but i am married to a chiang mai girl, and i had to relocate to chiang mai permanently. at first, i was looking for a house in the chang phuak area. after inspecting it, i found the terra da luz, a detached home that is the perfect size for my family. this house meets my needs and my wife the most. the house is spacious, and some areas are airy and comfortable. besides, this house is styled in a modern style which is suitable for the project atmosphere. it is also decorated with quality furniture and perfectly allocated, making it a perfect look. this house has a 3-bedroom which is the perfect size for a small family like my family. the project is located not far from the main road with convenient transportation and close to many shops, restaurants, or tourist attractions. overall, it is considered okay, especially since the neighbors are nice and friendly.

outstanding building, near maya mall

the village has a very modern and unique design. i am interested in a house type called grand sapphire which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the house is beautiful, outstanding, and every room in the house is connected, so i can have a pool view from every bedroom as it's in the middle of the house. it makes me feel like living in a good resort. the neighborhood is quiet. traveling to maya shopping mall takes about 7-10 minutes only.
