very peaceful and shady house

i've been living on this project for almost five years. the atmosphere is pleasant, shady, and peaceful. the neighbors are lovely. unfortunately, the road in the project is pretty narrow, so some of the neighbors have to park their cars in front of their house. it is difficult to drive some days because i want to avoid an accident. however, the project is in a fantastic location, near a local community, shops, and many delicious restaurants. it is easy to get in and out of the city, and it takes just 10 minutes to get to tesco lotus. very convenient!

my family and i have lived here for a long time. we adore this location because it is surrounded by numerous villages, making it very safe. the house i live in is a 5 bedroom house. it is very spacious, fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. the facilities in the project are complete, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, communal garden, clubhouse, etc. as for the location, it is not very close to the city of chiang mai, thus providing peace and quiet. still, the neighborhood is considered quite a perfect location with restaurants, convenience stores, and department stores, such as tesco lotus sansai and home pro san sai. overall, i am satisfied with this place.

my family and i have lived here since the completion of the project, and we feel a lot of love and attachment to this place. the house that i live in is a 4 bedroom house. the house is spacious and fully furnished. in terms of decoration, it looks simple but comfortable. the facilities in the project are also complete; there is a fitness room, a sauna room, and a playground. but what my son likes the most is probably the swimming pool because it is wide and has slides for children to have fun. as for the location, it is not very close to the city of chiang mai, thus, providing peace and quiet. still, the neighborhood is considered quite a perfect location with restaurants, convenience stores, and department stores such as tesco lotus sansai and home pro san sai. overall, it is considered satisfied with this place.

i have lived here with my family for about 6 months. the atmosphere in the project is quiet and very private. the security guard keeps an eye on the orderliness. i bought a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a large area. there are 4 of us; it's comfortable and pleasant to live in. my favorite would probably be the location because it's close to my workplace and near central chiangmai, hospitals, and many others. this place really meets the needs of living. i recommend it.

the townhouse has 3 stories for 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a reasonably large area but without furniture. i rented it to open as a restaurant because there are many offices here. the road in front of the house is wide enough to park both motorbikes and cars. as the project is near chiang mai-phrao road, the main road which i can reach in a few meters, it's convenient for the customers to find my restaurants.
