新しいコンドミニアムはノンホイ地区にあり、現在建設中です。チェンマイランプーン通りからも近いので立地は最高です。路地はチェンマイ89プラザの真向かいにあり、とても便利です。将来の賃貸事業のためにこのコンドミニアムを購入しました。間違いなく、投資する価値は十分にあります。このコンドミニアムはチェンマイの有名なデベロッパーによる高品質のものなので、品質にはかなり自信があります。私が購入した部屋は35平米のワンルームです。インテリアはプロポーションに分割されており、広々としています。部屋を予約したときに、家具付きのプロモーションが付いていたので、プロジェクトが完了したらすぐに入居できます。

この家を一ヶ月借りていますが、とても満足しています。ホストはとても素敵で、家は美しいインテリアで素敵で、家具も完備されています。私が一番気に入っているのは、必要な設備がすべて揃っているキッチンです。このプロジェクトは市の中心部でも行われます。チェンマイ国際空港やさまざまなショッピングセンターからも遠くなく、どこへでも簡単に行くことができます。まずは色々なところを見てみました。そして、私はこれを選びました、そしてそれは私が行った正しい選択でした。価格に関しては、高くはありません。価値があります！！！

the project seems a bit crowded because each house is quite close to each other. convenient location near chiang mai-lamphun road for 250 meters. you can easily reach various amenities such as 89 plaza, tesco lotus express, bank, police station, and many restaurants around. as for the house itself, it is a spacious 2-story house. materials selected for construction and decoration look beautiful and high-quality. the bedroom is airier, with a sliding glass door opening to the outside view. reasonable price, worth buying!

it's a great condo and worth the price. i enjoyed my stay here. i'm impressed with the project's design. it is livable. the room is very spacious. there is enough space to use and well-organized areas. moreover, the furniture is luxurious and durable. there are many fantastic facilities, such as a gym, a pool, etc. this place is also close to amenities. super convenient! the neighbors are friendly. the staff is excellent. overall, this place is great.
