i bought this condo as a vacation home for my parents because it has an excellent location and is surrounded by various amenities such as a hospital, shops, and restaurants. it could be their relaxing place. i have had the opportunity to see the showroom. the room is quite spacious and is decorated with some furniture such as a bed, a cabinet, a closet, etc. most importantly, you can control the electrical system through the mobile app. i can also see the ping river from my room. there are many common facilities as well, so you will not get bored. another thing that i like about this project is they focus on wellness and healthcare, which is excellent for the elderly.

この家は家族にとってとても充実しています。シンプルなデザインながらもエレガントな家具でスタイリッシュに見えます。広々としたユニットエリアは4つのベッドルームに分かれており、大家族に最適です。さらに、家の周りには子供と犬のための庭があります。また、エントランスにはカードキーを採用するなど、24時間セキュリティ体制を整えています。安全性も全く心配なく、とても快適です。

the best family trip ever

here is the best place for our family's chiang mai trip. the villa is modern, airy, and open, with a white tone color that looks very nice. it is spacious and has a swimming pool and a garden that is ideal for parties. at the same time, it has four bedrooms spread across the first and second floors. it also comes fully equipped with a kitchen corner, a gas stove, and an oven. the location is fantastic, being only 5-10 minutes from mueang chiang mai and 5 minutes from the lanna golf course. notably, the weather is pleasant at the end of the year, making it ideal for a long vacation drive. i'm ecstatic.

チェンマイに滞在していたので、コンドミニアムを2ヶ月ほど借りました。この場所は、ニマン地区、旧市街、市内中心部からかなり離れています。コンドミニアム周辺には充実した設備が整っており、チェンマイ中心部やビッグ c チェンマイからも遠くありません。さらに、マクドナルドとセブンイレブンはわずか数百メートルの距離にあり、徒歩で簡単にアクセスできます。便利なタクシーサービスを利用することもできます。コンドミニアムの共用エリアはきれいです。スイミングプール、ラウンジ、サウナ、その他多くの設備があります。このプロジェクトのすべてに感銘を受けました。警備員もとても親切で親切です。すぐにここに戻ってきたいと思っています。

my mom bought a pool villa here as a vacation home for holidays when we come to chiang mai. this project is delightful, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. it's also quiet and private. our villa has a vast land plot. there is a swimming pool in front of the villa, and a small garden around. it is a 2-story villa with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. the design is stunning and modern. as for the decoration, the villa is fully furnished with quality furniture. it is close to chiang mai gymkhana club, where many sports are available, especially golf, which my mom and dad like to play.

滞在するのに最適な場所です。部屋は清潔で設備が整っています。ワンルームのユニットは、他のコンドミニアムに比べてかなり巨大です。部屋数も人数も少ないのでプライベート感があり静かで賑やかではなく、プールを利用する際にもプラスになります。マートやビストロが多いcm part centerも近くにあります。ここでの唯一の欠点は、プロジェクトが幹線道路からかなり離れた深い路地にあることです.

i was staying in a one-bedroom condo here years ago. the room is spacious, beautifully designed with quality furniture. the common area is shady and full of green trees. there are also complete facilities, such as a swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, and a tennis court. more importantly, this place comes with a 24h security system making me feel at ease during my stay. most importantly, the condo's location can quickly get to chiang mai city and close shopping areas, shops, restaurants, ping river, chiang mai christian school, warorot market, and chiang mai railway station. overall, this place is another good condo that i stayed in.
