my family and i bought an off-plan house here and moved here a few months ago. it's a fantastic project with a wide range of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and so on. in general, there aren't many facilities for a single house project, but this location has everything. we bought a house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a large usable area, but it was unfurnished. we must purchase and decorate it ourselves. the surrounding environment is peaceful and private. getting around is also convenient because the road is extensive. it's also very convenient, being close to central chonburi, hospitals, and bangsaen beach. so far, i haven't discovered any drawbacks. i'll let you know if there are any.

私は何年も前の2015年にこの家を購入しました。オフィスから近く、大家族で住むのに適した広い住宅プロジェクトだったので購入しました。大人が寛げる間取り、広々としたリビング、レジャーに最適な専用庭、駐車スペース2台など、すべてが完璧で気に入っています。共用庭園、エクササイズエリア、大型プール、24時間365日常駐の警備員など、敷地内の設備も充実しています。その品質と比較すると、販売価格は優れていました。マーケットやビッグc、コンビニなどの生活施設も近くにあり、買い物にも便利です。全体として、とても気に入っています！
