i really enjoyed my stay at the villa. the location is really pretty set around a large swimming pool which looks like something out of the movies. the villa is very spacious with 2 big bedrooms and large bathroom. there is air conditioning and also fans when it is not too hot. the hosts, phil and porn were so friendly and helped me out organizing transport and sightseeing. i liked the location which was semi rural and outside of a big city. it made my stay very relaxing.

high quality european style building. solid construction and string walls (very important for soundproofing).
most of modern condos have thin walls and you can hear your neighbours. not in royal residence. we will be back here for sure.

new condo on a beachside location

it is a new project that has just finished this year. i was lucky to find it. the condo is in an excellent location with only a short walk to bang saray beach. it's a residential neighborhood because i saw many accommodations lined along the alley, whether condos, houses, or hotels. there are several eateries. the surrounding atmosphere is quiet and not busy at all. the project offers two choices for the room types. i bought a one-bedroom unit with a larger usable area. the selling price is reasonable compared to good materials. personally, i think it's worth it!

大通りからかなり奥まった路地にあるので、落ち着いた雰囲気のプロジェクトです。とてもプライベートなことです。また、戸数がそれほど多くないため、近隣住民も孤立した生活を希望する人々のニーズを満たすことに苦労しません。ホテル、ショップ、レストランなど、必要なものがすべて揃っているバンサレー ビーチまでは 5 分もかかりません。ノンヌッチ庭園やカオチーチャンなどの有名な観光スポットも近くにあります。とにかく自家用車があると楽に移動できるのでおすすめです。

this project is perfect for people looking for vacation homes. or for the elderly who want to live a fun life after retirement. there are numerous activities to choose from that will keep you entertained and maintain an active way of life at all times. furthermore, the project includes a one-stop service available 24 hours a day and is not serious about living near the beach. this location will undoubtedly respond to this group of people. the environment is serene and is only about 25 kilometers away from pattaya nightlife. this investment has a lot of value, in my opinion.

面白いバケーション・コンドミニアムを探した結果、ここにたどり着きました。私が購入した部屋は、センスの良いデザインの良いサイズのワンルームユニットです。部屋はそれほど広くは見えませんが、適切な比率で分割されています。プロジェクトの施設も5つ星ホテルのように充実しています。立地、いいと思います。コンドミニアムからナ・ジョムティエン・ビーチまで歩いてすぐなので、リラックスするのにとても適しています。幹線道路からもさほど遠くなく、ミモザ パタヤやカートゥーン ネットワーク アマゾンなどのパタヤの有名な観光スポットにも近接しています。このコンドミニアムが完成すれば、多くの人から求められるに違いありません。

the condo here has a unique architectural style. it is a one-bedroom unit. the room is very spacious, clean, and even has a jacuzzi. there is also a swimming pool, parking, and shuttle bus service available for residents. and for those who like to chill, i recommend cycling, available for free. i ride to bang saray beach every day. and the condo is available for daily and monthly rentals as well. there are many tourists from many countries. but i came here during the lockdown, so there weren't many people. many restaurants near the beach are closed too. however, i would recommend it for those who like to have a chill vacation with a reasonable budget.
