the service staff is excellent and always active. the condo is in a good location and is easy to get to. close to the community, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. there are also street foods lined up on both sides of the roads in the evening. the condo has a swimming pool and a fitness center which is clean and well-kept. the room is perfect for long-term visitors because there is a complete set of furniture, fully furnished, as well as kitchen utensils and appliances. the rental price is also reasonable.

i've rented a 1-bedroom condo for 6 months, and it is generally spacious and comfortable with complete in-room facilities, including the kitchen and washing machine, offering a breathtaking view from the room, which is very impressive. in general, i love it here so much because the location is good, surrounded by many amenities and close to the markets. besides, it is only a few kilometers adjacent to hospitals. the condo services and staff are considered excellent and professional in which they can assist me anytime i face problems. for me, it is the best living place.

このコンドミニアムは豪華ではありませんが、部屋はとても広く、家具も完備されており、すぐに入居できます。運動できるフィットネスセンターがありますが、プールがないのが残念です。コンドミニアムはショップ、レストラン、コンビニエンスストアに近い絶好のロケーションにあります。 tukcom srirachaショッピングモールまで徒歩5分です。この場所はロイ島からそれほど遠くなく、バンコクから車で簡単にアクセスできます。ああ、このコンドミニアムにはベッドルームが 1 つしかありません。家族連れには向かないかもしれません。

i have been working in the esie for nearly 5 years. in the first 3 years, i rented a condo for the first 3 years until i needed to buy a house. i discovered this project in the esie. it appealed to me because it is convenient and i can drive to work in only 10 minutes. the esie is surrounded by a variety of amenities, including markets, department stores, hospitals, and schools. i purchased a two-bedroom townhouse that is tastefully decorated and well-divided; there is no need to add any additional zones. there are also beautiful and clean common areas, such as a swimming pool, garden park, clubhouse, and playground, as well as a security system.

i really like the vibe of the condo. it's modern. the receptionists are lovely. the bedroom is spacious and well-proportioned. there is a bedroom, a living room, and a small kitchen to prepare a simple meal. there is also a balcony overlooking the sea and the island of ko si chang. this place is suitable for those looking for a long-term rental. a washing machine is provided. it is better to rent a car to get around because there isn't much to eat within walking distance.
