this condo is very well located between udomsuk and 101/1. many restaurants and shop within walking distance. shopping malls nearby such as seacon square, paradise, central bangna, and the upcoming bangkok mall. easy to travel with proximity to bts sukhumvit line, soon the mrt yellow line on srinakarin, bangna trad, expressways within 5 minutes drive, airport just 20-25 minutes away.
maintenance could be improved, but that depends on the property management, which changes every 2 years. all in all a nice and cosy condo to live, nice open view and comfortable space.

コンドミニアムは建設中です。サンプルルームとプロジェクトのモックアップを見たので、とても興味深いです。プロジェクトが明るい色で装飾され、ペット用にさまざまなゾーンが割り当てられているのは楽しそうです。 237戸と多くはありませんが、プライバシーはしっかり保たれています。部屋タイプは1ベッドルームのみで十分な広さを確保。 1～2名様、小型・中型のペットとの同居に適しています。この近隣は、メガ バンナー、セントラル バンナーなどからそれほど遠くありません。わずか 600 メートル先に bts ベアリング駅があるため、交通に便利です。

this project is designed for people who are looking for an office building that can live in one place. and i think it's suitable for those who want to invest in renting out the property as well because it is quite in demand for growing small-medium businesses. in addition to being able to use the space effectively, it is also convenient to get around as it is close to udom suk bts station and central bangna. with a large usable area of 388 square meters and a ceiling height of 3.7 - 5.0 meters inside the house makes, it looks airy, airy, and well-ventilated, and the first floor can park up to 8 cars. also, the materials and furniture are of good quality.

私はモダンなデザインの居心地の良い 2 ベッドルームのコンドミニアムを借りています。家具は高品質で魅力的です。海水プールやジムなど仕事帰りの疲れを癒すアメニティも充実。間違いなく価値があります!場所もbtsバンナー駅に近いので、通勤の時間も節約できます。顧客との打ち合わせがある日でも、多くの路線が乗り入れているので車を運転することができます。ショッピングモールやたまり場にも近いです。皆さんに高級コンドミニアムをご提案したいと思います。

ベッドルームが 4 つと、広々としたオープンなリビング ルームがあるので、そのデザインが気に入っています。内側から外側まで美しくデザインされ、高品質の家具が備え付けられていました。共用エリアのプール、ジム、クラブハウスは私には十分です。さらに、bts ベアリング駅やセントラル バンナー駅にも近いため、便利な場所にあり、簡単にアクセスできます。

この新しいコンドミニアムはモダンで豪華なスタイルでデザインされており、図書室、コワーキングスペース、スイミングプール、フィットネスセンター、ロビーエリアが備わっています。このエリアは、バンコクの他の多くのエリアよりも一般的に静かです。バンコクの中心部までは徒歩約 15 分、bts バンナー駅まではわずか数百メートルという絶好のロケーションです。レストランやコンビニも近くにあります。また、このエリアは観光スポットが近くにないので、フレンドリーな人々の中でタイ文化を真に体験することができます。最寄りのショッピング モールの bitec バンナーとメガバンナーまでは車で約 30 分、スワンナプーム空港までは約 30 分です。

この 4 ベッドルームのプール ヴィラを予約しましたが、美しく装飾されているのが気に入りました。さらに、家の周りにはとてもプライベートな広々としたエリアがあります。このプロジェクトは、udom suk bts にも近く、交通渋滞を気にせずにどこへでも簡単に移動できます。また、ショッピングエリアや多くのおいしいレストランにも近いです。自家用車で行く場合は、幹線道路が多くつながっているので便利です。ただし、このプロジェクトはまだ建設中であり、おそらく年末までに完了する予定です。パーソナリティに適した高い壁と広々とした庭があります。プロジェクトの施設は、わずか 16 戸の小さなプロジェクトであるため、cctv と警備員のみです。私の家にはいつでも楽しめる大きなプールがあります。ワクワクして、早く引っ越したいです。

私の2ベッドルームのコンドミニアムは広々としていて、豪華で完璧に見える高品質の家具で飾られた高い天井があります。共用エリアには、スイミングプール、ジム、ゲームルームなど、多くの設備があります。駐車スペースの 100% は私を大いに満足させます。また、周辺エリアにはショップ、レストラン、セントラル バン ナーなどの有名なショッピング モールがたくさんあります。 btsのベアリング駅、btsのバンナー駅からも近いので移動も便利です。私はこのコンドミニアムを購入する正しい決断をしました。

ここに滞在することで、バンコクでの生活が旅行の面でずっと楽になりました。なぜなら、場所はbtsウドムスックのすぐ隣にあり、徒歩5分以内だからです.多くの時間を節約するのに役立ちます。ベッドルームは 1 つしかありません。大きくはありませんが、よく仕切られています。プロジェクトの施設は、ラウンジ、設備の整ったジム、ラッププールなど、非常に新しくモダンであるため、強調されています。がっかりしたことはありません。

i had the opportunity to visit the showroom after receiving the project brochure from my friend. the real place is very similar to the picture. the first time coming, i was impressed. the sample rooms are beautiful in every type, which makes me hesitant because i prefer the 2-bedroom room but am staying alone, so i chose to book a 1-bedroom room instead. the room is nicely decorated, and the furniture is well-placed. in terms of the common area, it's equally beautiful. and it has all of the necessary amenities, which is ideal for relaxing. besides, the location is close to bearing bts. it's extremely convenient to get around. also, this area has shops, restaurants, and markets because there are a lot of people who live here. you can also go to bitec bangna if you want to go to a nearby shopping mall. finally, for those looking for a new condo near bts, this is a good choice. this project extremely suits the needs, and the cost is also reasonable.
