来年完成予定のこのプロジェクトのニュースを追っています。私が勉強しているチュラロンコン大学に近く、ロケーションは最高です。そのため、20分もかからずに到着できます。このプロジェクト デザインは、私のような学生に適しています。オンラインで気軽に勉強できるコワーキングスペースがあります。チャオプラヤー川を望む屋上の海水プールも気に入っています。一生懸命勉強した後、ストレスを解消できます。私が興味を持っている部屋はワンベッドルームで、価格はそれほど高くありません。部屋の広さは一人で泊まるには十分な広さです。窮屈に感じなくなります。その上、部屋は作り付けの家具でよく装飾されています。時間があれば部屋をチェックします。

プロジェクトはまだ完成していませんが、この地域で最も素晴らしいコンドミニアムと考えられています。以前から投資を検討していましたが、移動に便利なこの場所はとてもマッチしていると思います。ベッドルームが1～2室あり、充実した設備が整っています。それだけの価値があると思います。ここでどれだけ予約されるかを待つ必要があります...

このコンドミニアムは、大学に簡単にアクセスできるため、チュラロンコン大学の学生に適しています。シーロムmrtにも近いので、他の場所に行くのも便利です。ショッピングモールや飲食店も近く、日常生活に便利な立地です。部屋も家具付きですが、1ベッドルームのユニットはかなり小さく、カップルに最適です。 2人以上だと窮屈です。また、本を読んだり、友達と活動したりするための場所があるので、共有エリアも私のニーズを満たしています。値段も高くなく、レンタルもお得なので、一般的には大学生向きです。

コンドミニアムは市内中心部にあり、インフィニティ プールを備え、バンコクの街並みを 360 度見渡すことができ、他のコンドミニアムと比べて非常に美しいです。共同プールと同じ建物内に、フィットネスルームと図書室があります。ロビーエリア部分では、受付の方がいつも入居者様の気配りが行き届いています。駐車場の管理をする警備員もいます。身の回りの買い物も困ることなく、1階にはコンビニやちょっとしたお手入れ、ゆったりくつろげるコーナーもあるので、あまり外出しなくていいです。個人的には、この場所は私たちのニーズの多くに対応しており、ここで購入してもまったくがっかりすることはありません.

luxury condo with a modern and unique design. outstanding in the sam yan area. the location is superb. opposite the project, there are many famous restaurants, so it is considered a very fertile area and also has a department store. the building is decorated splendidly, such as the lobby, a library, and the swimming pool. the studio room type is somewhat small but suitable for living alone or short-term living. it is decorated with quality furniture. great value and the people are also friendly.

the condo has a height of 40 floors, so it looks outstanding even from a distance. at first, i thought the price would be very expensive, and i don't really want to be here. however, i decided to reserve immediately when i visited the project gallery. it is because the design here is beautiful both outside and inside. plus, the rooms are fully furnished, definitely worth the investment. traveling everywhere is convenient as it is located in the heart of the city near mbk and you can walk to siam for only about 15 minutes !!

the condo is located close to chulalongkorn university, surrounded by various amenities and many shopping malls in this neighborhood, whether siam paragon or mbk shopping center. i only take about 2 kilometers to walk. the condo here is a new condominium project. the most important thing is that it is incredibly convenient to travel; whether traveling by mrt or bts, it is easy. it is recommended to use public transports while staying here because it is more convenient. if you have a car, there are also enough car parking spaces. the common area comprises a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sauna. i think it's a wide range of facilities and good. the room is also comfortably designed for 1-2 people. overall, i think when i calculate all my expenses while staying here, it's worth it so much.
