この界隈では有名なマンションで、先日譲渡契約を締結しました。様々な設備を備えたスモール・ラグジュアリー・コンドミニアムで、空室が200室しかないプロジェクトにも関わらず、予約初日には多くの人が予約に訪れた。市内中心部に住み、公共交通機関やタクシーに簡単にアクセスしたい労働者と学生の両方に適しています。 mrt ラップラオ駅からは 450 メートルの距離にあり、将来的にはラチャダーピセーク mrt も近くに建設される予定です。食料品や電化製品がたくさんあるスアン ルム ナイト バザール ラチャダーピセークもあります。

excellent condo with modern design, close to lat phrao mrt. it also has a professional management team. the condo is pet-friendly and extremely comfortable. it comes with many excellent facilities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, a garden, and an outdoor recreation area. there is free internet in the lobby and other services. in addition, there are many restaurants near here within walking distance, including a supermarket. it is a perfect place.

i have nothing left to say but perfect! this project sits in the best location in the ladprao area, in the middle between the intersections of lat phrao and phaholyothin, where there are numerous restaurants and convenience stores in the area, big c and home pro, and union mall are just across the street from the project. the journey is very convenient whether driving a private car or taking public transportation. there is a bus stop in front of the project, and ladprao mrt is about 800 meters away. there are numerous shortcuts in and out. however, as you know, in the evening the traffic is extremely jammed. by the way, the project is thought to meet my needs as a city worker. inside, the common areas and rooms are well-decorated, spacious, and have excellent materials. the staff here is welcoming. also, my neighbors are friendly. it's way more than i expected.

great condo near bts staion

i've been renting a studio room here for about a month now. the room is a good size, not too small. the proportion of the room is perfect. all equipment and utensils are provided. unfortunately, the swimming pool is on the 6th floor. if it was moved to the rooftop, it should add value to this place quite well. also, i like this place's location because it is close to phahon yothin mrt and central ladprao, very convenient!

excellent location. the room is very spacious. i have been renting a 1 bedroom unit with high-quality construction and beautifully decorated. there are many good facilities available for the residents, such as a clean swimming pool, a great management team, and staff, especially the security guards at the entrance door and lobby. it is in an excellent location, close to lat phrao mrt and the main road. overall, i am happy with this condo and would recommend it.

the atmosphere here is not as busy as other high-rise condo projects. the rooms are luxuriously decorated with quality furniture. also, my 2 bedroom room is located on the 20th floor,overlooking major ratchayothin shopping mall. and most importantly, the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness are also on this floor. it makes me feel like i have my own swimming pool. the only disadvantage is that other residents who come to swim may make some noise at times. however, the project location is on the main road and surrounded by restaurants, making it easy to find food. i recommend the charoen phand restaurant at the right corner. oh, there is a 7-eleven at the gas station next to the project. furthermore, the project is close to lat phrao mrt and in front of the alley also has a motorcycle taxi service, with the fare starting from only 10 baht, making it very convenient for me to travel around.

townhome in the heart of the city.

it's a friend's house. i'm surprised that the townhome project can be so centrally located in ladprao. from the entrance, it's quiet. it's not like the main road, which is crowded almost all day. this location is very convenient. it is just minutes away from central ladprao, union mall, and chatuchak market. in addition, there are various well-known restaurants in this area. my friend's townhouse has 3.5 floors and a modern design. however, because my friend is an architect, he changed the corner and decorated it more, which is unique. the security system is reliable; you have to exchange cards for entry and exit. if you're looking for a house in the heart of the city that isn't a condo or a cramped apartment, here's an interesting option.
