友人に勧められたので購入を決め、サンプルを見に来ました。広々とした5ベッドルームです。さらに重要なのは、このプロジェクトには 8 ユニットしかないため、平和な雰囲気が醸し出されます。さらに、btsのすぐ隣にあるので、移動が非常に簡単です。また、複数の路線が近くにあり、学校、病院、チャトゥチャック公園、jj モールなどのあらゆる便利な場所にアクセスできます。ただし、プロジェクトはまだ建設中です。 3ヶ月以内には完成するかも知れません。家族も私もとても楽しみにしているので、すぐに引っ越しする準備ができています。ああ！このプロジェクトにより、私たちは2匹の愛らしい猫を飼っているので、完璧なペットを飼うことができます。ユニット数が8つしかなく、各ユニットにプライベートプールが付いているため、警備員と監視カメラ以外の設備があまりないのが残念です。

the project's design is perfect, with the building appearing to be modern, and the interior is luxuriously designed. the common area is also well-designed, offering numerous amenities, including a swimming pool, massage & spa room, a gym, etc. the room i rented is a spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom plus with a 3-meter ceiling height. the security guards and maids are also good and courteous. moreover, the location is impressive because the area is close to phahonyothin 24 bts, major ratchayothin and avenue ratchayothin, etc. finally, it's pretty worthwhile to choose to live here, and i would like to recommend it to those looking for a place to live alone. it is definitely matching your question.

i decided to buy this condo's plus-size one-bedroom unit because of the location, which is amazingly fertile in every way. it is convenient to travel by private car or by public transportation. it is close to the ratchayothin intersection and phahonyothin 24 bts, as well as several community malls. however, the room's design in the loft-style is probably the most impressive, with high ceilings and a two-story room. i can say that it is truly unique. furthermore, the common area is fully accessible in double volume, with an 8-meter ceiling height. also, there are plenty of them in the parking lot, so you won't have to fight for a spot. although the price is a little high, i believe it is well worth it.

since i stayed in this condo for a while, i would say that this condo is perfect. the condo is close to all conveniences, such as ratchayothin bts within a few steps and other public facilities. my room comes with full furniture, and there are complete facilities in the common area. what i like the most is the swimming pool surrounded by trees. plus, the project is bordered by several amenities. since it is in the chatuchak area, the business area. it is convenient for transportation as well as good facilities.

studio rooms at this condo are pocket-friendly, less than a million baht, but it’s well decorated and fully furnished. though the project looks a bit old because it has been built for many years and has a few facilities, the atmosphere is good and quiet, and the security guards are responsible. better than anything else, it would be shopping centers, such as centralplaza lat phrao and tesco lotus and its proximity to phahonyothin 24 bts
