the condo i bought is in the downtown area. it is the perfect condo for me because it is really comfortable and close to everything, including shopping malls, hospitals, universities and sena nikhom bts, which is just a few steps away. apart from its great location, the project is well-designed in the resort-style, making me feel completely rested every day. my room is a 34-square-meter one-bedroom unit which is spacious enough. the interior is fully furnished. it also has a city view. besides, i'm most impressed with the facilities here. there is the reception hall, the swimming pool, the fitness center, the garden, the key card access system and the 24-hour security guards. this condo is complete indeed.

my father bought a fully furnished 1 bedroom condo here for me to stay while studying at kasetsart university because it is not far from my university. the general atmosphere is pretty ideal for relaxation. the common area has a complete range of facilities, and the swimming pool is one of the facilities i like the most as it is pleasant and full of green trees. since my first year of study, i have been here until now. i have almost graduated, and i hardly encounter any problems except parking space. overall, i'm very okay with this place.

このコンドミニアムはとても豪華です。設備は完備しております。このプロジェクトのコワーキングスペースエリアはとても広くて美しく装飾されているので気に入っています。個人的には、ここのベッドルームは2人で泊まるには少し狭いと思いますが、1ベッドルームプラスなら大丈夫です。備え付けの家具は豪華でモダンな印象です。ロケーションは最高で、幹線道路沿いにあり、bts セナニコム駅もすぐ近くです。このコンドミニアムはカセサート大学、デパート、市場の近くにもあります。とても便利です。
