1ベッドルームのc2タイプを購入しました。このユニットはかなり大きく、スタイリッシュな装飾が施されており、プロポーションが適切に分割されています。プロジェクト全体もエレガントかつ優れたデザインになっています。さらに、各階にプール、フィットネスセンター、ライブラリー、庭園など施設も充実。また、立地条件も優れており、ラーム イントラ通り、ビバヴァディ ランシット通り、ガムウォンワン通り、パホンヨーティン通りなどの多くの主要道路に接続しており、カセサート大学 bts も近くにあるため、移動が非常に簡単です。また、施設やサービスも充実したエリアなので、生活も快適です。それはとても印象的な生き方の選択です。

it's a condo near a well-known kasetsart university, which is only 1.5 kilometers away, and close to central ladprao, and chatuchak market. i rented a big 2-bedroom unit and shared it with my friend. the room is well-proportioned, fully furnished, and ready-to-move-in. there are also facilities for you here, such as the swimming pool and the fitness center, which i usually use every day.

私はここに長年住んでいます。それは私が親指を立てることができる豪華で快適なコンドミニアムです。部屋に関しては、ここでの生活を非常に便利にするモダンな機能が備わっています。内装に使用されている家具も品質が良く、価格もリーズナブルです。ヨガルーム、会議室、人工崖、男女別サウナ、長くつながった4つのプールなど、5つ星ホテルのような施設が充実しています。ただし、台数に比べて駐車場が少し狭いです。私が泊まっている部屋はデュプレックスルームです。車を一台駐車する権利があるのに、それを探すのに長い時間を費やさなければなりません。ただし、btsセナニコム駅が近くにあるので、電車での移動を好みます。駅までのシャトルサービスも利用できます。全体として、ここでの滞在は非常に印象的であると考えられています。

the condo is close to the university.

i've been renting this condo for almost two years. i moved in during the first covid, so i didn't have many neighbors. it is mostly populated by students because it is close to kasetsart university and sripatum university. there are many shops and restaurants in this area. it is not close to the main road, but you can walk for about 200 meters. it is conveniently located near phaholyothin road and the bts station, which is only a few hundred meters away, making me feel at ease. the room is small, making it perfect for singles or couples. there are various facilities in a quiet setting, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a smart parking area, and etc.

the condo i bought is in the downtown area. it is the perfect condo for me because it is really comfortable and close to everything, including shopping malls, hospitals, universities and sena nikhom bts, which is just a few steps away. apart from its great location, the project is well-designed in the resort-style, making me feel completely rested every day. my room is a 34-square-meter one-bedroom unit which is spacious enough. the interior is fully furnished. it also has a city view. besides, i'm most impressed with the facilities here. there is the reception hall, the swimming pool, the fitness center, the garden, the key card access system and the 24-hour security guards. this condo is complete indeed.

i rent a one-bedroom unit in this project at an affordable price. the room comes with full furniture. the design is not luxurious but simple and functional. the project has been kept clean. the project is in the kasetsart university area, where you can find food at a reasonable price. overall, i am very satisfied with this place.

this townhome is located in the heart of the city, near bts senanikom, which is very convenient to go anywhere. plus, the house is well-decorated, making it so cozy, which matches my taste and lifestyle. there are complete facilities in the common area like a fully-equipped gym, swimming pool, and garden for relaxing and chill. the interior has enough usable space, and the materials used for decoration are of good quality, and it makes me feel safe. there is a reliable security system with keycard access, making me feel at ease during my stay. the project is also close to many important places, making my life a lot much more comfortable.

it’s a condominium with 2 buildings in a large area. plus, there is sufficient parking space for the residents and visitors. between the two buildings is a 3-story car park. also, there is a gym surrounded by a large swimming pool on the rooftop, where it’s the highlight of this condo. the gym, swimming pool, and bathroom in this area are available only for the residents, which are private and secure. plus, there are restaurants, salons, and massage places along the road to the project entrance. plus, there is a 7-11 convenience store right in front of the entrance. this condo makes my life much easier.

私はこれまで他の多くのコンドミニアムに住んでいたが、大丈夫ではなく、私のニーズを満たしていなかったので、このコンドミニアムは私にとって快適なコンドミニアムの 1 つです。最後に、幹線道路とセナニコム bts に近く、移動が簡単な理想的なコンドミニアムを見つけました。また、プールやジム、緑豊かな庭園など施設も充実しており、空いた時間に利用することができました。全体的に印象的で、退屈しているときは生きていられるでしょう。

このコンドミニアムはとても豪華です。設備は完備しております。このプロジェクトのコワーキングスペースエリアはとても広くて美しく装飾されているので気に入っています。個人的には、ここのベッドルームは2人で泊まるには少し狭いと思いますが、1ベッドルームプラスなら大丈夫です。備え付けの家具は豪華でモダンな印象です。ロケーションは最高で、幹線道路沿いにあり、bts セナニコム駅もすぐ近くです。このコンドミニアムはカセサート大学、デパート、市場の近くにもあります。とても便利です。
