私はこのコンドミニアムの一室を借りて約1年になります。部屋は広く、家具も完備されており、すぐに入居できます。また、プロジェクトの雰囲気は平和で暮らしやすいものです。共用部には緑豊かなプールもございます。近くにはchocolate villeなどのアメニティや有名レストランがあります。ただし、この地域にはスカイトレインプロジェクトがないため、自家用車が必要です。

i am looking for a house located not far from the center of bangkok because i am a person who likes to go shopping and socialize. this townhouse project is located in ladprao 3, near the mall bangkapi, makro, bangkapi and also close to siam park. the project is luxuriously decorated. the house has 3 bedrooms, and the furniture looks luxurious. it totally suits my lifestyle. there is also a common area with all kinds of facilities. transportation around the project is diverse, and it is convenient to live here.

townhome in a good location

i am looking for a townhome suitable for living and setting up an accounting office for my girlfriend. then, i found this townhome on a billboard. both of us really like this project because it meets the needs of residential and office locations. the usable area is quite spacious. i bought a 3-bedroom unit and modified it into an office. furthermore, the project is also in a good location. it makes traveling to the project convenient. whether it's customers, employees or people who come to contact with my company, all said the same that it is convenient to find. after work, i often take my employees to hang out at nearby restaurants that take less time to travel and are not as busy as in the city center. therefore, it is suitable for people who want convenience like me.

このプロジェクトでは24時間警備員が常駐しているので安心して入居して以来、ぐっすり眠れています。プロジェクト内には、クラブハウス、プール、フィットネスセンターなどを含む広い共用エリアがあります。また、近所の人たちはフレンドリーで、楽しいパーティーを頻繁に開催しています。このプロジェクトは高速道路に近く、都市への出入りが容易な優れたロケーションにあります。ショッピングセンター、公立病院、私立病院も近くにあります。とても快適です！

周辺にはショッピングモールやレストラン、学校、病院など様々な施設が充実した繁華街にあり、住み心地の良いマンションの一つです。このプロジェクトは、さまざまなルートから簡単にアクセスできるため、車を所有する人にもメリットがあります。バンコクでの移動はとても簡単です。いずれにせよ、bts をプロジェクトに持ち込み、バイク サービスを使用して直接プロジェクトに進むことも可能です。場所は別として、コンドミニアムのサイトは美しく設計されており、設備と家具が整ったバランスの取れた部屋のレイアウトがあります。施設は、プール、庭園、ジム、24 時間体制のセキュリティ システムなど、他のコンドミニアムに匹敵する標準的なものと見なされます。一般的に、それは住むのに最適なコンドミニアムです。

部屋が広くて、家具も揃っていて、電化製品もいくつかあるので、ここでワンベッドルームを借りることにしました。また、プロジェクトの雰囲気は静かで、生活に適しています。共用エリアには緑豊かな木々に囲まれたプールがあり、日陰も生まれます。最も重要なのは、プロジェクトの近くにマックスバリュ デパートがあり、そこで調理用の食材を買うのが好きです。また、プロジェクトの目の前にはバス停があり、自家用車をお持ちでない方でも簡単に移動できます。
