i was very impressed since the first step in the project. the cost is reasonable. it's not so expensive that you won't be able to afford it. the project is of high quality, has a nice appearance, and is very clean, especially in the common areas. security guards are also nice and helpful. the location is excellent, next to the main road, making traveling easier and more convenient. the sai yud bts station is nearby, and taxis are easy to find. there are also a lot of restaurants to choose from. besides, the project is close to big c don mueang, and it only takes 15 minutes to get to don mueang airport.

i'm a fan of passorn's project, so buying a house here is an easy decision for me. after visiting the project, i do like it more. the atmosphere is pleasant to live in, shady and quiet. the house features a modern design. plus, the security system is strict. most of the neighbors are friendly thai people who live as families. this area is connected to convenient transportation, close to expressways, and don mueang airport takes about 30 minutes to drive away.

it's a townhouse with a huge internal living area suitable for a large family. the house is cozy yet modern. the facilities are also complete. my family and i are pleased with the location of this project. it is peaceful, shady and close to many convenient amenities, such as shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and tourist attractions. the neighbors are lovely. so, overall, the project is of good quality and private. i'm really impressed. i would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality townhome.

the project is huge, has a pleasant atmosphere and features various common facilities such as a big garden, a clubhouse, and swimming pools. there are 2 floors in my house, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a little yard around the house which is enough for our dog to run and play. the neighbors are friendly. the security guards also take good care of the residents and work hard as i have seen them drive around to monitor the project. moreover, the project is in an excellent location, not far from don mueang airport. it takes only 15 minutes. i have no worries about traffic anymore after i moved to live here. it is very convenient for me.

the village is close to the bts station, convenient to travel.

it's a quiet and livable village close to the main road. just a few minutes drive to all the amenities, including big c, saphan mai, don mueang, and fresh markets. some hospitals and leading schools can be reached in less than 15 minutes. travel is convenient because it is close to sai yud bts station and don mueang airport can be reached in less than 30 minutes drive.

i am very impressed with this project. the overall atmosphere is shady through the lush nature. the project's roads are pretty wide. the house i have decided to buy has 4 bedrooms with almost 200 square meters of usable space. the price starts at 4 million baht; i think it is an extremely reasonable price because it includes a large clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and 2 public parks. the location is very convenient for me because i most often use a private car to travel. moreover, this project is also close to the up and down point of expressway sukhaphiban 5, and it is only 2 kilometers away from big c and the local market. i definitely made the right decision in purchasing this house.

i've been here for almost 2 years. this detached house meets my lifestyle very much because it's not bustling but quiet. besides, this place is not far from many important places and main roads, where it is easy to get all the services. it is also possible to travel to the city in just a few minutes. moreover, this place is fully equipped with facilities and services within the project. the security here is great. there are also cctv cameras installed around the project. the house has a modern design and is nicely decorated, consisting of a private garden as well, where you can sit and relax in your spare time or tired from work. overall, i'm not disappointed when buying a single house here because it is tranquil, not crowded, suitable for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city.
