it is a luxurious 5 bedroom detached house. the exterior color looks cool, and the interior space is well-designed. it's spacious and well ventilated. i really like the living room because it has a high ceiling. i feel relaxed and comfortable when looking out of the window and seeing the surrounding pool. though the project doesn't have a management team, it's not a concern for me because i am confident in the home security system. in addition, the project is located near the main road and close to emquartier, central eastville, and suvarnabhumi airport.

this project is attractive due to its proximity to big c supercenter and centralfestival eastville. most importantly, it is conveniently located on lat phrao road. moreover, the project's surrounding area has a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. overall, i enjoy it! aside from its beautiful design, the house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a luxuriously decorated interior. it is fully furnished, making it ideal for living with a large family. however, the project's highlight is the in-house facilities located in the center of the house, with the private pool on the top floor overlooking a beautiful garden view. it is a very spacious house with a full set of facilities for me. i'm completely impressed!

i bought a 3-bedroom house here. i like the elegant and modern design. inside the house, the living area is spacious. the ceilings are high, giving a sense of openness and airiness. the weather is also comfortable. in addition, the project also chooses quality furniture to decorate and focuses on green areas, making the project site filled with a lot of trees. for the facilities, there will be a swimming pool and a fitness center as same as other general projects. however, the project location is quite far from public transport. traveling is not very convenient, but there will be the arrival of bts in the future. the nearest bts station is the ramkhamhaeng bts. the project is located not far from the mall bangkapi, allowing me to buy food easily.

i've been renting a 1 bedroom condo which i love because it is close to many amenities, such as shopping malls, shops, restaurants, etc. it is also easily accessible because there are motorbikes, taxis, and minibusses services. aside from the beauty of project site designs, the rooms are also modern, providing excellent functions. importantly, the facilities are comprehensive, including the swimming pool, lush green garden, gym, and security guards who are on duty for 24 hours. the rental price is also affordable, only ten thousand per month, which is reasonable and attractive.

the office is a home conveniently located near shopping centers, able to spend time with family.

i have a personal business on real estate through the website, and i currently want to expand my office because of the growing number of employees, almost 50 people. i decided to buy this project and chose the president (s) house design. it is large and suitable for the employees. as for the 5th floor, i am pleased to make it a residence because it is styled like a penthouse with a private lift. my family and i love the location because it is easy and convenient to get everywhere, and you use either a private car or public transport. we rarely go outside as many nearby shopping malls are surrounded. my maid loves it so much because she can easily buy something. oops, i forgot that there are not many project facilities because it is a home office. only guards are on duty, cctv installed, and gardens for leisure. i think it is ideal for a small home office and living, no need to go somewhere far away and spend your time with my family. i am impressed and love it here and highly recommend it for those who want to work at home.

私のガールフレンドの家族がこのプロジェクトに住んでいます。使用可能面積350平方メートルの3ldkの一戸建て住宅です。その広大な敷地にさまざまな木陰があり、住民は毎日純粋なオゾンを享受しています。皆さんご存知のとおり、この地区はラーミントラ・エカマイ高速道路に近く、プラディット・マヌタム通りやラーミントラ・エカマイ高速道路の各所へのアクセスが便利な立地にあり、このエリアの地価は非常に高いとされています。だからこそ、富裕層がこの地域に住むようになったのです。ラップラオ通りのスカイトレイン プロジェクトは建設中で、まだ運行予定はありませんが、その日陰の場所にあるため、多くの人々が特にこのエリアを占拠したいと考えています。プロジェクト周辺の利便性としては、セントラル イーストビルやクリスタル デザイン センター (cdc) などのショッピング モールやライフスタイル モールが数多くあり、のんびりしたい人々のニーズにぴったりです。プロジェクト内の施設は限られていますが、この地域の住民はフィットネス、水泳、ボクシングなどの屋外アクティビティを行う可能性が高いため、問題はありません。人生を生き生きとさせるためのコミュニティがたくさんあり、友達もたくさんできると言えます。日陰の場所を探している人にはお勧めです。このプロジェクトは非常に適しています。

i must say that it is very worthwhile investing in this project cause i bought a home office here to open my own business, and this area has people coming in and out all day. the unit i bought is 4 storeys high, has quite a lot of living space, and there are bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. my wife and kids enjoyed staying here. but i don't recommend it for the elderly because there is no elevator. i would recommend it for those who want to run a business. there are shops and many restaurants on site. traveling around is convenient cause it's close to the ekkamai-ram intra motorway.

i bought a 3-story unit as a home office. this house is divided into a bathroom, kitchen, and 2 car parking spaces. there's a lot of facilities, such as a swimming pool, lush garden, gym, car parking, and 24-hour security. more importantly, it is located near phra ram 9, with many housing projects nearby and other local amenities such as stamford international university and pan-asia international school. plus, there are community malls nearby, such as the paseo mall and tesco lotus on nut. for those who look for a large single house with convenient transportation, i would recommend it here!
