there are only 4 townhomes in this project because privacy is the main focus. the project has designed the house to have 4 bedrooms in a spacious usable area of up to 253 square meters and can adjust to any function as you like. however, there is no clubhouse or common area, but there is still security from both security guards and cctv throughout the project. in terms of location, this neighborhood has many housing projects. you won’t be lonely. also, it is surrounded by many facilities, such as centralplaza lat phrao which is not far away. when it comes to transport, it is convenient because you can access both ratchadaphisek road and suthisarn winitchai road, or you can choose to use the underground train service at ratchadaphisek mrt station.

先日、プロジェクトの立ち上げイベントに参加してきました。そして、さまざまな理由から、このプロジェクトのために部屋を予約することにしました。 1つ目の理由は、プロジェクトの建設がmrtイエローラインと同時期の2022年に完了する予定であり、コンドミニアムの転売価格は今後も上昇し続けると確信しているためです。 2つ目はユニークなプロジェクトのレイアウトであり、3つ目は1ベッドルームユニットのさまざまな部屋タイプとさまざまなスタイルから選択できることです。しかし、部屋が広くて均整が取れているため、プラスコーナーユニットを選択しました。使えるスペースもたっぷりあります。 4つ目は、中央に螺旋階段があるプールなど、いくつかの施設があることです。おそらく私のお気に入りです。最後の理由は、利便性とアメニティへの近さによる立地です。設備が充実した中規模マンションをお探しの方におすすめです。決してがっかりしないことを保証します。

The Privacy Ratchada - Sutthisan
the condo is in the heart of the city, but the atmosphere is quiet.

this condo is in the middle of the city, quiet and convenient to travel to by car. the project is located on sutthisan winitchai road, connecting many other main roads. if you prefer to travel by mass rapid transit, the sutthisan mrt station is only about 2 kilometers away. also, the project has a lot of greenery, and the room is beautifully designed and decorated. the common areas may be less available, but it's not a problem for me. plus, the project is close to all amenities and suitable for people who work in ratchada and need peaceful and quiet residences.

home office suitable for living and business.

i've been an online seller for many years. as a result, i have a growing base of customers and orders, so i have to hire more staff and find a place to stock products. fortunately, i came across this home office project, so i've got a chance to talk to the salesperson. after knowing the project details, i decided to buy a home office with 2 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, to live and work in the same place. most importantly, the location of this place is also close to the kerry center ratchada branch, which we contact to pick up items to send to customers as well. unfortunately, there are almost no amenities, only a security system, parking, shops, and restaurants.

townhome with a 3.5-story

i reserved a townhome. my townhome is a 3.5-story unit with a spacious usable area. this place has a very elegant design style. the first floor is part of the car park, living room, kitchen, garden, and multipurpose room. the second floor is the master bedroom with a bathroom and a large walk-in closet. more importantly, this floor has a balcony, making the atmosphere so cozy and good ventilation. on the third floor, it is the bedroom part with an en-suite bathroom in every room. oh, i almost forgot to mention that there is no furniture provided in this place. there are only 5 units within the project, making it so private. unfortunately, there are no facilities in the common area. as for transportation, it is pretty convenient, as the project is located only 9 minutes away from department stores such as union mall and big c extra ladprao, which are very good. now i start to count the days waiting to move in.

i decided to purchase a room in this project to rent out because the mrt yellow line will soon begin service in front of the alley. there are many amenities surrounding the project, such as shopping malls, shops, restaurants, hospitals, schools, etc. i bought 2 units; it is a 1 bedroom plus and loft 1 bedroom. the room layout is unique and different from other projects and is beautifully decorated. there is plenty of storage as well. in addition, the condo provides lots of facilities, such as a swimming pool, library, laundry room, game room, co-working space, meeting room, and lounge. it's perfect.

このコンドミニアムは私のライフスタイルに最適で、セントラル・ラップラオとラートプラオ mrt に近いです。しかし、mrtイエローラインプロジェクトのパワナ駅が路地の目の前に建設中です。これから便利になると思います。私が住んでいる部屋は1ベッドルームで、すぐに入居できる家具が備え付けられています。最も重要なのは、スイミングプール、フィットネスセンター、ジャグジーなど、利用できる施設がたくさんあることです。周辺エリアにはショップやレストランもあります。素晴らしい！

it is a condo where i can truly relax. the condo is nicely decorated with quality furniture and has complete facilities. the room i'm renting is clean and tidy, and the living space is very well proportioned.plus, the condo is not far from lat phrao mrt, which can be reached on foot or by motorcycle taxi. it's very convenient. what's more, this condo is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and many other amenities. in my opinion, it is a condo with a very good location, and by the way, the neighbors are also good-natured.

mrt地下鉄は騒音もなく便利な交通手段なので、この場所に魅力を感じました。コンドミニアムはショッピングモール、ショップ、レストラン、病院にも近いので、生活がとても楽になります。私が借りているお部屋は1ベッドルームでカップルには十分な広さです。部屋のインテリアが印象的です。設備はそれほど多くありませんが、よく整備されています。いつもメイドさんが掃除をしてくれます。公共交通機関に簡単にアクセスでき、手頃な価格のコンドミニアムを探している社会人にこのプロジェクトをお勧めします。決してがっかりすることはありません。

this condo has a great atmosphere. the staff warmly welcomed me. the lobby is stunning in an elegant modern style. the room also looks great because of the color scheme that they used. it also comes with modern, high-quality furniture and many standard facilities, such as a gym and a swimming pool. in addition, this place is very close to sutthisan mrt, which is very easy to go anywhere or you will probably use a taxi if you want.
