this project has a very quiet atmosphere. it is a 3-story single-detached house with 4 bedrooms. i live here with my family and my loving dog. the house is shady, suitable for relaxation, aside from its convenient location near the children's school and office. the house is shady and ideal for relaxation. it is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. this area is densely populated, so it is bustling almost all day. above all, the house is reasonably priced, which anyone can definitely afford.

i have been here for 6 months. it is very worth the investment as it is convenient to travel and you can walk to tesco lotus in just about 10 minutes. on saturday, there will be a chillva market nearby and many foods available in the neighborhood. the project is clean and safe. moreover, the staff is helpful. my room is 1 bedroom, and i stay with my boyfriend. the room fits well and not too small. there is a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful pool view. the only thing that i don't like is that the motorbike parking area is not enough for the number of residents !!

the village has a peaceful and private atmosphere in the kukoo area. it is surrounded by full-service amenities. there are also various famous restaurants. my house is a two-story detached house with three bedrooms. i purchased a second-hand one from a foreign owner. he looked after the house well. there is almost no issue, either with the water leak or any damages. there are communal amenities such as a swimming pool and a large park. the venue is in phuket town. convenient transportation, close to various government centers and mission hospital. you can get there in a short time.

the best location in phuket

the best location condo near the bypass road, surrounded by various amenities such as tesco lotus, restaurants, and night markets. here is a new condo, tidy and clean. the guards work great. there are full facilities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center. my room is a one-bedroom unit, decorated in elegant modern style. the room has complete functions. plus, the neighbors are also lovely and friendly.

スタジオルームを借りました。部屋は適度な割合で区切られており、広々としたベッドルーム、バスルーム、キッチンが備わっています。一人暮らしや一人暮らしにはちょうどいいサイズです。プロジェクトには、シャワー、テレビ、エアコンなどの設備が適切に機能しており、良い雰囲気が漂っています。スタッフはフレンドリーで笑顔があり、英語がとても上手です。スイミングプール、フィットネスセンター、庭園など、手入れの行き届いた優れた施設が数多くあります。このプロジェクトはセントラル フェスティバルにも近く、車でわずか 10 分です。私が遭遇した唯一の問題はインターネットでした。残念ながら、私の部屋にはwifiがありませんでした。

i have been looked after very well by the staff. the condo is located in the center of phuket town, featuring many facilities. the communal pool here is cleaned regularly, and there is a very well equipped gym. the condo is suitable for those who love convenience because there is everything that contributes to daily life. it is also very close to important places, restaurants, convenience stores, or even shopping malls in phuket. it really matches all lifestyles. apart from that, the project provides a good internal management system, staff or residents are of good quality, very worthwhile!

good condo at a reasonable price for students

the condo here is clean, and the management system is efficient. a swimming pool, parking, and fitness facilities are available. most significantly, the rental fee meets the price point. the cost is very acceptable for students. i've been here since i was a first-year student, and it's nearly over. i feel cozy like i'm at home. the room is a one-bedroom with the sizes of the bedroom and living room area well balanced. there is a mini kitchen where you can prepare meals, and everything was fully furnished by the room's owner such as a microwave, a pan, dishes, and other amenities were provided. the property location is excellent, as it is in the neighborhood. there are many shops and restaurants in the close surroundings. and it's even more convenient because 7-eleven, tesco lotus, and supercheap are just a few steps away. the university is close as well, and it's only a 10-minute drive away.

i bought a house in this project last year. first, i was hesitant because it has many units which could be crowded. so far, everything is good and my neighbors are cute. they live in peace and quiet. the security guard is on duty. the cleanliness of the common areas is okay. the house i bought to live in is a townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good size. suitable for no more than 4 people. when i bought this second hand house, it had to be repaired at some points. but the owner and i could make a deal. the project is on the main road and it's also close to the phuket rajabhat university. it's very easy to find food in this area because it is a downtown area. unfortunately the road is a bit busy and noisy because there are a lot of people driving into the city.

this project stands in koh siray, providing a serene ambiance. it is close to khao tho sae and rassada pier. the project site is very private, the safety system is great, and it is a beachfront villa, offering a stunning sea view. this villa is marvelous; everything is perfect, either sea view, spacious area, or private pool, all beautifully decorated. the kitchen is decorated with built-in furniture, such wonderful! besides, there are 5 bedrooms, ideal for a family holiday home. the price is also affordable, perfect!
