i was very impressed with this villa. it is a relaxing place for the family, situated on the top of cape panwa. it only takes 6 minutes to get to khao khad views tower and 3 minutes to get to ao yon beach. the villa has a stunning 360-degree view of the ocean, a private swimming pool, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for any parties, parking, and a 24-hour security system. the spacious villa is charming in luxurious thai style. recommended!!! it is a great place to stay with family and friends.

i am a tutor, looking for a home office to build a language school in the area. i like this project because it's a townhome of up to 4 floors, with 3 bedrooms. i also plan to renovate them as classrooms. this project is near the central festival, which is very convenient. easy to travel too as most of the students are from darasamuth school, so they can get to my place within 10 minutes. inside the house, i can turn the first floor into a waiting area for parents and also 1 bedroom, making it easy to decide. the security system is also strict, quite safe. plus, there are enough parking spaces, so i don't need to worry about it.

this condo is situated close to central phuket floresta and can walk within 10 minutes. it is also close to other shopping malls such as tesco lotus, big c, central festival, and makro, which is very convenient for shopping. this condo is relatively calm and has a large swimming pool, which is surrounded by planted shady trees. it allows me to relax with nature. other project facilities, such as a standardized fitness room and the security system, are good. it's peace of mind during my stay at the base down town. the room decor is a beautiful decoration that looks comfortable, giving a feeling of relaxation, and the in-room amenities are completed. all furniture is also of good quality. overall, considered it is perfect, 10 out of 10!

located in a convenient area for shopping, close to central phuket. many routes are easily accessible and very convenient for traveling. the project site is pleasant, with a beautiful swimming pool. the surrounding is a tranquil and excellent security system. the furniture in the room is standardized, not luxurious, focusing on simple style and usable. it's considered to match the residents' needs like me perfectly.
