even i travelled alone, i still have a great time with this apartment due to a beachfront view of this project. the wind is flow through from the balcony which is make me feel fresh. the room was so great with a spacious area and clean. all the staffs are helpful and friendly, i feel amazed that they have a 24 hours emergency team in the project. the foods are also delicious, highly recommend.

the apartment is beautiful, clean and value with money. it is quite far from restaurants and shopping centers, so it is suitable with the person who want to get away from the hustle bustle life of city center. the staffs are so nice and very helpful, they provide all i want. i can take a look the sea view from my room due to the location of this apartment is near with the beach.

the collinwood is so classy and unique design with an italian design. i feel comfortable with car parking in the house, it was great for us and visitors. the villa is located in basak that far from the manila, so it is suit with people who are seeking the place that calm, serene and get away from hustle and bustle life.

the apartment is near with the beach that make me with feel fresh with the breezing atmosphere. the house is quiet and clean but it still safe with 24 hours security service, they are so nice and ready to help. the villa is near with the highway road that we can easy to commute to the other places in few minutes driving.

the flats are situated on a coastline, offering all unit owners with a vacation lifestyle and a holiday environment. the residential apartment will be just a few steps from from the beautiful and clean coastline. the southern end of the house leads to a treat in the form of a massive coral-stone concrete staircase that leads to the massage cove and the beach. the flat is modern and spacious. we enjoy the sea breeze and the smell of the sea.

the villa is near with the main road. the place and room are also well managed and secured with nice staffs. it is peaceful and clean place that suit with the person who would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. the location is near with the beach, i go to take a look at the beach sometimes.

pacific grand villas is located near major business facilities, the mactan export and processing zone, hospitals, schools, banks, the international airport, well-known resorts and beaches, and five-star hotels like as the shangri-la hotel, waterfront hotel, and plantation bay hotel. that aside, this is a great family home. it’s large and spacious, also close to the beach. this is our secondary home and the kids love the beach.
