a variety of commercial and business establishments are also within walking distance of vista katipunan 3. it's simple to go around because the roadways connect various parts of the city. it makes driving a lot less difficult. it's a completely new foundation, so it's up to date and up to code. the one-bedroom is lovely, clean, bright, and contemporary. this apartment is ideal for singles or couples living together.

commonwealth by century has got all of the necessary amenities within the building and also has everything in the area too. the nearest mall, ever gotseco mall is only 3 minutes away. the project is also a 5-minute walk from the don antonio station of the upcoming mrt line 7, which will connect to key business districts such as ortigas and makati. the room is large and very modern. this is a great apartment for many. not only the unit is very comfortable to live in but the places i can visit.

we own the 5-bedroom units here at loyola grand villas, and it’s a perfect home for my family. it’s big and spacious. there is a large window in the front that lets tons of light in. the design of the house is also unique. ateneo, u.p., and miriam, as well as eastwood libis, araneta cubao, and ortigas center, are all within a short drive of loyola grand villas. it is in a great community for families of all sizes. there are numerous establishments in the neighborhood that will make customers' lives easier and happier.

great apartment for singles or expats

i like when look the city life view from my room at mplace south triangle apartment due to the location is near with the main road and restaurants. the room and all the facilities are new, cozy and clean. everyone will get the calm feeling with a spacious swimming pool. it is suit with who want to live single life and small family. the staffs are very helpful with a good service.

One Central Park
one of the best apartments

the megaworld lifestyle mall is directly above one central park. this is fantastic because it eliminates the need for me to travel elsewhere. everything is in order at the building. it's quite convenient because it's close to schools, churches, shopping malls, offices, and restaurants. the way of living here is also fantastic. it will appeal to the younger generation. the flat itself is ultra-modern and luxurious. the interior design is really clean and straightforward.

spacious and lush space town home

town home in our own perception have to be a little bit cramp and have a boundary to do an activity. ferndale is different, there is perfect combination between nice modern and greenery in the villa. the project has a plenty of facility and space to do an activity, children are able to play with their neighbor, resident could make a good relationship in a community and their living is convenient with facility inside and surrounded.

centro residences is easily accessible located close to the city's two major train stations. it's also accessible to major roads, making it simple to go around the city by car rather than train. it is also close to a number of commercial establishments, including gateway mall and robinson magnolia. this is a great place for anyone who wishes to live in a prime location and has access to all of the necessary places. the apartment is modern and clean, suitable for singles or couples.

mplace south triangle is modern and homie style, construction by high-class standard and out-standing visual. inside the project is proper with facility and cleanness. me and other resident could live our life comfortably by the project leisure. this is one of supporting system in my professional life because of there location, where is convenient to transportation and accessible to facility surround.

the project always provide resident to living conveniently, both facility in the project or ability to access convenience outside. environment and design are my first impression, there is homie and cozy while in a classic design. camella monticello not only provide the facility inside but also have many leisure to be a community space, i think this’s really useful and beneficial when we couldn’t go outside.

one eastwood avenue tower 1 is combination between avenue and condo project by famous developer as an eastwood property holdings. although there is located really close to shopping center but not too vivid and noisy, the project provide resident many leisure and community space for relaxing or gathering. moreover, transportation is convenient as our facility.
