絶好のロケーション。すべてのライフスタイルに最適です。スタッフはフレンドリーで、建物は塗装されたばかりです。道路の端に位置するバンコク最大の公園コンドミニアムは静かに見えますが、近くには bts と mrt だけでなくたくさんのレストランがあります駐車場を利用できます

BTS近くの好立地

私たちの部屋は 1 ベッドルームで、広々として快適で、シンプルな内装が施されています。このプロジェクトは、ユーザビリティに重点を置いています。マンション敷地内も静かで、近隣の方も優しく、警備員も常駐しておりセキュリティ体制も万全です。共用部も広く、共用プールやジムなど設備も新しく綺麗なので気に入って利用しています。プールは広くてきれいです。水替えはスタッフが定期的に行っています。また、プロジェクトの場所は便利な場所にあり、自家用車を使用せずに BTS 駅に簡単にアクセスできます。オフィスへの移動や週末が快適になります。ただ、ここは渋滞がひどいので自家用車は不便だと思います。 BTSを使ったほうがいいです。

ずっとウェブサイトでコンドミニアムを探していて、日本人の友達とルームシェアしたいと思っています。ここのコンドミニアムを見つけたときは、通勤も苦にならないので満足でした。部屋を見せてもらった時、写真と違うので最初はビックリしましたが、全体的にはとても良かったです。コンドミニアムの雰囲気は日陰で自然です。大きくてきれいなプールがあります。さらに、メンテナンスもしっかりしています。旅は便利です。近くで食べるものを見つけるのは難しくありません。プロジェクトはコリアタウンの近くにあり、BTSナナまで徒歩約10分!!

プロジェクトはスクンビットソイ 10 にあります。メインストリートには韓国料理店がたくさんあります。私はかなり頻繁にそこに行き、常連客になります。 BTS アソーク駅は約 550 メートル先にあり、ターミナル 21 ショッピングモールはすぐそこにあります。絶好のロケーションです。コンドミニアムは時代遅れではありません。その上、設備はよく整備されています。私が借りた 2 ベッドルームのユニットは広々としており、設備が整っています。私はここに来て、ほぼ 3 か月が経ちました。 WiFiが遅いことを除けば、全体的には良いです。
