We had a great time here!
Our family had a great time here. The atmosphere is private, quiet in the middle of nature. There were noises from animals and insects at night. It was enjoyable. The project is a new project, so it’s clean and tidy. The number of units is quite limited, so the village is not crowded. The neighbors are all foreigners, both Chinese and Russian. Inside the house has two stories with a private swimming pool. The unit area is spacious. The interior is modern and very elegant. I love that the walls are soundproof and the bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is perfect sizing for a 6ft bed, so I can sleep very well. Unfortunately, we cannot park the car right at our house, but at the communal parking lot. It can be inconvenient on rainy days or shopping days. But this place is near Kamala Beach, about 600 meters, going to Patong takes about 10 minutes. Mostly, we spend time in the house cooking, eating together, having fun, extremely impressive. I want to come back again soon!
Memorable vacation week
My mother took my sister and me to this villa two weeks ago. I can tell you that this place is very relaxing. The atmosphere inside is relatively quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, suitable for relaxing, and very private. Although the villa is small, the interior area can be organized into a functional area well and usable. There are also 3 rooms that allow us to have more personal time as well. In addition, there is also a kitchen with cooking utensils, a dining table, a seating area, and another private swimming pool.
This project is new and fabulous
This project is recently completed, so it is still new and fabulous. Moreover, it also provides high privacy because there are only 12 units in the project. In terms of the price, it’s very worthwhile for what I’ve got. The house comes with a complete furniture package. Each piece of furniture is fine. The house is spacious. Moreover, it is close to shops, restaurants, including Big C, and the market, very convenient!
Nice villa with private pool
I love this villa. Although there is no private pool, I can relax leisurely in the tranquil atmosphere. The location is far from entertainment venues, which are not noises at night. This villa is suitable for a family with kids. The price is also not high, which is saving the cost.
A beautiful view villa with a private atmosphere
It is a new exquisite villa located on a hill above Kamala Beach. There is a large private swimming pool, large bedroom, and a kitchen with modern appliances. Besides, it has a 24-hour security system and is located in a prime location. You will be confident that it is safe while staying at the villa. The villa's location is also surrounded by many tourist attractions such as Kamala Beach, Phuket Fantasea, Bangla Road, and Patong Beach. I can have fun and full relaxation. Personally, I recommend the AP Grand Residence Twin.
The house is in Kamala, far from markets and shopping areas.
When I newly arrived, there was a problem with the slow flow of the faucet. The shower has a problem as well. After maintenance, everything is very ok and never had a problem again. Every house has a private swimming pool and enough car parking for residents. The interior is well designed, and comes with built-in furniture. However, the location is not okay situated in Kamala, which is far from the amenities. The atmosphere is quiet and safe.
Close to my office
I stayed at this project for 6 months now as it is close to my office, Kamala Beach, Phuket Fantasea, and Big C. In the beginning, I wasn't familiar with how narrow the entrance is. Luckily, the road in the project is quite wide, secured with guards and CCTV. The house we rented is a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and complete luxurious furniture, so there is no need to add anything. There is a large and clean private swimming pool in front of the house. Reasonable rental price! I think that I will extend my contract.
A large villa
A large villa at 3-story high in the Kamala area, a calm and peaceful area. The project is secured by guards and key card access, so it gives me peace of mind. The villas face each other with a long swimming pool in the middle, so privacy is not quite high. The project is quite far from the main road. Most of the neighbors here have pets so that it can be noisy sometimes, but it's not a big deal to me—quite satisfied living here.
