A 30-year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.

これは美しい豪華なヴィラのプロジェクトで、とても魅力的でとてもリラックスできるデザインになっています。ヴィラは2ベッドルームと3ベッドルームの2タイプがあり、使用可能面積は147平方メートルから。私にとっては広くて多人数で住むのに適していると思います。屋内スペースは高品質の家具で装飾されています。素敵なスイミングプールと、目を落ち着かせる日陰のある手入れの行き届いた庭園。このプロジェクトには、クラブハウス、フロント、ジムなどを含むいくつかの施設もあります。周囲を山々に囲まれているため、暖かく爽やかな雰囲気が漂います。カマラビーチやプーケットファンタシーにも非常に近く、プロジェクトから車でわずか5分です。
