Wallaya villa’s design inspiration was taken from back to basic concept, inspired by grey,black, cement base and wood color. Also use of unique lava stone tiles which create a deep emerald green coloring for the pool. While still simplistic like all wallaya properties, this development has more artistic punch. Fantastic project design !!
The project has just been completed with a fantastic project design. I think it is unique, engaging, and beautiful. All materials used in the project are premium and strong. We've stayed in a 2-story detached house with 1-2 car parking spaces and a private swimming pool. There is also a leisure garden beside the pool. I think it is suitable for a small family. However, the house is located in a non-crowded alley and easily accessible. There is a market nearby or going to the shopping area, and the beach will take only about 10-15 minutes. Overall, it is worthwhile. Buy it as a gift for your own life.
