good for any family

many outdoor facilities are available in the community. there are numerous open spaces and gardens where you can engage in outdoor activities. the children's play area is a great place for them to have fun. when you live in living legends, having your own car is undoubtedly a better option. the area is still being developed so there are good things coming in the future. as for the unit or the villa, it’s spacious and modern. there is a garden, and small private pathway in front of our house. making it more private and spacious for us.

ashjar is always provide a comfortable living and life’s true luxury by ecofriendly environment. living inside thew project’s convenient by proper facility and nice design. i never worry about transportation because there’s close to the main road which is network to other district comfortably and suit to driving people more than use public transportation. so, this could be claim that the project’s livable and effortless in this area and have ability to access to facility as well.

i am really impressed with the design of mag 230. the building provides a modern feeling. the location is easy to find because it is set along the main road like sheikh mohammed bin zayed road, since it is connected to the main roads. i can easily get around dubai. there are a variety of facilities that i can enjoy my workout as well as unwind in my mind. inside the room, it is already furnished with high-quality materials and spacious space allowed. so, mag 230 is a good place but also an expensive one.

the huge residental development at dubailand

for the location, the living legends apartments are very near th sheikh mohammed bin zayed road. it offers the convenient route to different parts of the city. the community has the easy access to the 9-hole golf course. from the apartment, i can observe the nice green landscapes of the beautiful golf course. the place has secure gated entrance with security services. living here gives me the clear sense of privacy. the facilities are decent. my favorite part of this building is the gym. it has the high-quality equipment along with wash rooms. i would recommend this apartment for anyone who looks for a little bit of peaceful and private spaces.

the perfect combination of modern design in the nature

i stayed at ashjar apartments in al barari for two weeks now and wished to write a review about the building. this place has the natural and green surroundings which giving a sense of living in the nature. the location is so easy to access from the main road and the route is simple too. i love that this community is very close to dubai miracle garden which is good for sightseeing. the quality of the exteriors is perfect. it kind of feels like typical modern buildings, yet within the dense nature. the walkways along with forest-designed garden can help me a lot during the stressful business conversation.
