for me wavez residence, this apartment provides a convenient and modern facility. so, i can live my life comfortably. i think a property full of facilities can encourage me to focus on work life. additionally, there is worth the investment by their roi and i think this project is affordable.

two of my favorite things about the wavez residences are the location and its community. in my opinion, the dubailand is a very peaceful neighborhood, yet it is not so faraway from the inner-city areas. i can have the easy access to many iconic places such as the palm jumeirah, downtown dubai, or even the dubai international airport. the sheikh zayed road is convenient and fast to get to any places in the city. the gymnasium has floor-to-ceiling windows and high-tech equipments. i wouldn’t have to go to the professional gym anymore.

santa fe residences is one of the wonderful properties with amazing management. the neighbors are very nice as well as a tranquil environment. i feel really comfortable because of its location which is near the main road like sheikh mohammed bin zayed road. i can easily access other places in dubai. moreover, there are plenty of facilities that i can enjoy my routine workout by jogging track and swimming pool. highly recommended to visit this place.

ドバイ ランドは、ドバイで私のお気に入りの住宅街の 1 つです。アラビアンゲート1アパートメントは、特にその絶好のロケーションで素晴らしいです。ドバイ ランドからは、ショッピングや小売りセンターに加えて、多くのエレガントな地区があります。この緑豊かなエリアの周りには、コミュニティからそれほど遠くないゴルフコースがあります。ちなみに、施設は面白いほど素敵に見えます。屋外と屋内のエクササイズ用のスイミングプールとジムがあります。私はスポーツ好きなので、住居内に運動施設があるのは嬉しいです。

amazing residences with basic facilities

the properties in dubai have very different aspects, compared to my hometown. the aegen residence is the great-looking home for me personally. i like that the villas have 4 to 5 bedrooms which are enough to live as a small family. everyone can have their own private room with the additional guest bedroom. the home design makes me thinking of the usual buildings in greece. the facilities is somehow ordinary, yet it is good enough for my family. the favorite thing of mine is that this community has very peaceful scene at night.

affordable and spacious apartment

ghanima is well connected to almost every part of the city because it is close to three major roads in dubai. it is easily accessible from other parts of the city via al ain road, sheikh mohammed bin zayed road, and emirates road. the apartment is affordable yet spacious for what it offers. lulu hypermarket silicon oasis is a good place to visit when i have free time.

nice community that close to the main roads

i was looking for apartments to live with my family in dubailand. and i chose queue point in liwan community which it was a very good decision. since it is in a calm community that is surrounded by green landscapes. me and my family really enjoy the fresh atmosphere. moreover, nice people and the neighborhood make me feel happy all the time when i stay here. many facilities that suit all age groups like playground, swimming pool, leisure park. not just that you can experience the convenient ways to enjoy the good weekend at the city as well as outside the city in easy ease through sheikh mohammed bin zayed road and al ain road.

this beautiful urban building is in a peaceful environment, called q-line in liwan community. the beautiful place to chill out surrounded by a natural background as well as the finest neighborhoods. very peaceful place to take a rest with state-of-the-art amenities like restaurants, retails, and cafes. you can enjoy traveling around the city through sheikh mohammed bin zayed road, and al ain road, along with the beautiful views of the lake. for the room, is simple design with fine interior together with great maintenance. recommended!
