as my family and i live in nirvana beyond rama 9, i know that this affiliate project is quality at a reasonable price, so i decided to buy a house in the same project in pattaya without hesitation. as always, this project didn't disappoint me, so i want to review it for those who are interested. in house type, the project has only one option: a 3-story house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious house with modern style. from the door, you can open out to the swimming pool. by the way, this place is close to na jomtien beach. the atmosphere is, therefore, tranquil and suitable for relaxation. yet, it is not far from pattaya in which driving to central pattaya or walking street comfortably. anyone interested has to hurry because as far as i know, there are only 20 houses in the project !!

my family and i spent a vacation in pattaya and stayed here for a month. the reason i stayed here is because it is a beach-access condo with a pleasant atmosphere. it is a high-rise condo, and my room is on the 19 floors, with 3 bedrooms offering a stunning view. my wife loves it so much because no other buildings obscure the scenery. i enjoy sitting on the balcony because it is relaxing and allows me to breathe fresh air. as for the location, it sits in a prime location with easy access everywhere because it connects to the main road where many buses run all the time. for me, i rented a car to go on my vacation as it is more convenient. the common area is also complete with a full range of facilities such as a communal pool, a tennis court, and a gym that i enjoy because i love exercising, especially playing tennis. besides, the management here is excellent as the light in the bathroom didn't work, and i informed the receptionist to get it repaired. it finally got fixed very quickly.

このコンドミニアムはバンコクに近く、迅速で便利な旅になります。ここは私のリラクゼーションと家族のニーズに合っているので、ここの静かな雰囲気を楽しんでいます。快適な雰囲気は別として、プロジェクトは完璧です。エレガントなデザイン、見事な海の景色、広々とした設備の整ったユニット、スイミングプール、サウナ、フィットネスセンター、ラウンジなどの総合的な施設があります。驚くべきことに、このプロジェクトはセキュリティを優先しており、住民の快適さを確保するためにプロジェクト全体に cctv が設置されています。唯一の問題は、特に休暇中に十分な駐車場がないことです。周辺エリアには、ショップ、レストラン、ショッピングセンター、すぐに手に入る食べ物が密集しています。セブンイレブン、tukcom、ジョムティエンサークルなど。別荘用に購入したり、将来の投機販売用に購入したり、高い購買力を愛する方に最適であり、お勧めです。

wonderful beachfront condo

honestly, say that the price of this condo is quite high. but if you decide to buy and stay like, we will know that it is worth every penny, starting from the room itself. the room we are in is a one-bedroom room (corner room), divided into a bedroom and a living room. inside the bedroom, there are two air conditioners. for the living room and bedroom, the proportions are considered quite good. equipment and appliances are complete. you can say that you can drag your luggage in. there is also a restaurant inside the project, and the food tastes quite okay. the only disadvantage is that the parking lot is quite limited. fear that in the future may not be sufficient for the number of residents. the location is also good, close to a golf course and department stores. plus, driving to bangkok takes only about an hour, considered very convenient.
