luxury boutique building in a great location

i bought a condo in this building 6 years ago, after looking at many other buildings the main plus points for me buying were:
size - small boutique building, so generally very quiet, no waiting for the lift and not busy in the common areas. also all of the rooms in the building are a generous size, 45sqm being the smallest (studio).
quality - the quality of the finish & materials is some of the best i have seen in any project in pattaya.
location - only a few minutes from pattaya city centre and 800m to pratumnak beach, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city.
security - cctv around the whole project, key card access to all areas and 2 security guards on an a night time make you feel very secure.
maintenance - 3 full time cleaners keep all of the common areas spotlessly clean at all times.
facilities - rooftop infinity pool is excellent and always clean, new sun loungers and covered sunbathing areas are being fitted soon. the gym is small but is ok for a cardio workout.

solid construction! will last forever

i have stayed here multiple times and these units are sold construction, you don't often see that kind of high quality construction in pattaya. spacious and materials are sustainable. this is absolutely worth an investment for long term or end users. its hard to beat this kind price and product combination

このプロジェクトは、文字通り、プラタムナック ビーチから石のトローを隔てたところにあります。人通りの少ない静かなビーチ。プラタムナックは、タプラヤ ロード経由で簡単にアクセスできます。備品の品質は安すぎて持続可能ではないように見えますが、場所に関しては良いプロジェクトです。より住みやすくしたい場合は、インテリアに投資する必要があります。

it is a small condo with only a few units. the room rate is not very high and suitable for a long stay, and for people who want privacy as the atmosphere here is tranquil. the condo location is far from entertainment venues and away from the bustling area of tourist attractions. you can rest comfortably. although it is a small condo, the common facilities are complete like a large condo, comprising a swimming pool, a gym, lobby, and 24-hour security. however, it is a little bit regretful; the condo's parking lot is minimal and difficult to find the parking, insufficient for the residents' numbers.

it is a small condo with well-maintained. the common area is clean, private, and tranquil. my room is large, giving a sense of staying at home. the interior is decorated with luxury and modern furniture, very cozy. as for the location, it is easy to travel as it is located in phra tamnak hill, near many beaches, viewpoints, and the pier. it is very convenient!

the project is just like the pictures, not different. the common area is complete. not many neighbors and most of them are foreigners. the main reason i chose this place is the location. it is quite convenient to work and also surrounded by a full range of facilities. and if i want to relax, i can go to various beaches nearby, such as pratumnak beach and dong tarn beach.

a small condo in a boutique style with a fitness center and a small swimming pool. the room is a 1-bed type, fully furnished with standard furniture. there are not many residents living here, so it's quiet. the price is reasonable and close to paradise beach, only 600 meters.

パタヤのダウンタウンとプラタムナックヒルエリアの投資用コンドミニアムを数多く比較しましたが、最終的には立地の良さからこのコンドミニアムの一部屋を予約しました。このエリアは非常に静かでプライベートな環境にあり、住むのに適しています。今後発展する可能性を秘めていると思います。主要道路からわずか200メートルの距離にあるので、移動に非常に便利です。ドンタンビーチまではわずか7分、ジョムティエンビーチまでは8分です。町まで行くならもう少し早くて6分くらいだと思います。それは私の以前の調査からのものです。もう一つの理由は価格です。価値のある新築マンションだと思います。リビングエリア30平方メートルの1ベッドルームユニットを200万バーツから予約しました。設備はかなり充実しています。レンタルするチャンスが見えてきました。現在、このプロジェクトは建設中で、2021 年に完成する予定です。さらに、この開発業者が物件の品質と肯定的なフィードバックで名声を得るにつれて、私はしばらくこの開発者の製品をフォローしています。スタッフは役立つ情報を提供してくれたので、詳細については問い合わせることができます。手頃な価格の高品質コンドミニアムをお探しなら、サイアム オリエンタル スターで決まりです!

beautiful villa, shady atmosphere

it is a beautiful villa, and the atmosphere is shady. there is an indoor pool where you can swim every time you want because many trees are covered. you can swim in the daytime. the villa interior is decorated with bright color tones of the furniture, very comfortable and cozy. the 2 floor comprises bedrooms with big beds, closets, and drawers. it is called that everyone can relax privately, not crowded. moreover, there is a cleaning service, which is very clean. i'm very appreciative of them for paying attention. it's been the first time for me to stay here and i'm very impressed. if i have a chance again, i will come with my family.
