the villa is very comfortable to live in and suitable for family vacations because there are full facilities, such as the private swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the garden, the parking lot, the 24-hour security guards, etc. plus, the area around the house is very vast enough for family activities. this villa has 3 bedrooms and a living area of 490 square meters. the surrounding atmosphere is very livable. it is considered worthy for speculative investment. anyway, you have to be a little careful when traveling to the project because the road is quite narrow but definitely not less traveled because it is close to the community and is convenient to travel to tourist attractions in pattaya. i'm absolutely not disappointed buying the villa here.

my husband and i traveled to pattaya and looked for a vacation home after many years of hard work. we went to this villa and liked it because of the relatively peaceful and private location, near lake mabprachan, exercise park, and close to the siam country club golf course. we could easily exercise and travel. it is also not far from markets and shopping centers that we could go shopping within a few minutes. so we were able to cook ourselves comfortably. the inside of the villa project is quite tidy with strict security systems. my husband and i have rented a luxurious villa of a spacious 3-bedroom unit with quality furniture. we could swim in the very large swimming pool in the evening, or sipping wine while enjoying the garden. it was a house that made the two of us happy as a second home. suitable for living in retirement age in this city of pattaya.

my husband and i have bought a house with the vineyard phase 1 for many years, and i want to say that i have never encountered any problems with the house. i think that it is a well-designed structure and decoration materials are of high quality and good. inside the house, there is complete furniture and decoration stuff. all furniture items are unique, good, modern, and elegant. the facilities are good such as the swimming pool and fitness. the vineyard phase 1is convenient in terms of travel as well, and can go anywhere with flexibility. it is close to the motorway. i feel like this place is worth the investment, whether for rent or living by yourself.

this is a house project with a quiet location in pattaya. the surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and not crowded. i really like this place because it has complete utilities and is conveniently located next to the main road and many amenities, such as shopping malls, fresh markets, and pattaya beach, which can be reached in just 10 minutes drive.

this villa is in pattaya city. i can tell you that the environment is very nice, surrounded by the shade of trees, and super relaxing. the villa is designed in resort-style and decorated with quality furnishings. the project has communal facilities, such as a swimming pool, a relaxing garden, a parking lot, a security system with cctv, etc., that make our stay comfortable and more secure. it is a perfect place for those looking for family vacation homes since it contains a spacious relaxation area where you and your family can enjoy several leisure activities. plus, it's very private with only 5 villas in the project. though the price is as rather high as the quality. most importantly, this place is not far from bangkok, you can easily reach it in a short time.

my family and i stayed in pattaya, so i bought a large 5-bedroom house with a resale unit. there is a green lawn where i can have fun with my dog. the project was completed many years ago but has been well maintained, so the house still looks new and the furniture is complete. the house's style is quaint; it's like a dream house. my kids love it. the location is excellent near the golf course, which is an idea for my husband who likes to play golf on holidays. for my kids and me, i often spend my holidays swimming. plus, it is also close to my children's school and my husband's workplace. although it is pretty expensive considering houses in other areas of pattaya, i think it's still worthwhile as every family member is happy with the house.

i bought a resale house at a very affordable price. the unit that i bought is a 4-bedroom house with a total
plot size of 800 sq.m., which is very spacious for me. it is a 2-story detached house. plus, the area comes with the perfect proportion, including the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. the location is superb as it’s close to tourist attractions and facilities, like department stores, convenience stores, schools, and hospitals. the facilities within the project are okay but not as fancy as other new projects. the condo is well-gated with high privacy for those looking for a house to stay in with their family. i would recommend this project.
