the villa is very comfortable to live in and suitable for family vacations because there are full facilities, such as the private swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the garden, the parking lot, the 24-hour security guards, etc. plus, the area around the house is very vast enough for family activities. this villa has 3 bedrooms and a living area of 490 square meters. the surrounding atmosphere is very livable. it is considered worthy for speculative investment. anyway, you have to be a little careful when traveling to the project because the road is quite narrow but definitely not less traveled because it is close to the community and is convenient to travel to tourist attractions in pattaya. i'm absolutely not disappointed buying the villa here.

私はこのコンドミニアムを毎月借りています。大丈夫です。家は広々としていて、素敵な装飾が施されており、部屋全体が快適です。家の外には、夕方にくつろげる庭園とパビリオンがあります。家具や電化製品もあり、とても便利です。とにかく、入居してから2回も自動で切れてしまう電気の小さなトラブルを見つけたので、スタッフに伝えたところ、問題はすぐに解決しました。場所的には、パタヤの中心ではないので人が少なくていいです。市内までの所要時間はわずか 20 分です。私にとって、それはそれほど遠くありません。またパタヤに来る機会があれば、この家を所有したいと思います。

妻と私はバンコクで長年働いてきました。しばらくして、別荘としてパタヤに家を持ちたいと思ったので、ここで購入することにしました。家は約10〜12か月間建設中でした。バンコクから車でわずか数時間の場所にあるため、ほぼ毎週のように建設現場を訪れました。また、このプロジェクトが気に入っているもう 1 つの理由は、環境が素晴らしいことです。緑の庭園に囲まれた大きな湖があります。共有スペースも広々。道が広くて安全なので、子供たちはサイクリングが大好きで、プールがとても大きいので、妻が子供たちを連れて泳いでいることもあります。立地に関しては、ショッピングモールに近いのでとても便利です。ここはまさにリラクゼーションの楽園だと思います。

my husband and i traveled to pattaya and looked for a vacation home after many years of hard work. we went to this villa and liked it because of the relatively peaceful and private location, near lake mabprachan, exercise park, and close to the siam country club golf course. we could easily exercise and travel. it is also not far from markets and shopping centers that we could go shopping within a few minutes. so we were able to cook ourselves comfortably. the inside of the villa project is quite tidy with strict security systems. my husband and i have rented a luxurious villa of a spacious 3-bedroom unit with quality furniture. we could swim in the very large swimming pool in the evening, or sipping wine while enjoying the garden. it was a house that made the two of us happy as a second home. suitable for living in retirement age in this city of pattaya.

my husband and i have bought a house with the vineyard phase 1 for many years, and i want to say that i have never encountered any problems with the house. i think that it is a well-designed structure and decoration materials are of high quality and good. inside the house, there is complete furniture and decoration stuff. all furniture items are unique, good, modern, and elegant. the facilities are good such as the swimming pool and fitness. the vineyard phase 1is convenient in terms of travel as well, and can go anywhere with flexibility. it is close to the motorway. i feel like this place is worth the investment, whether for rent or living by yourself.

dream home, conveniently located near tourist attractions and golf courses.

my family and i stayed in pattaya, so i bought a large 5-bedroom house with a resale unit. there is a green lawn where i can have fun with my dog. the project was completed many years ago but has been well maintained, so the house still looks new and the furniture is complete. the house's style is quaint; it's like a dream house. my kids love it. the location is excellent near the golf course, which is an idea for my husband who likes to play golf on holidays. for my kids and me, i often spend my holidays swimming. plus, it is also close to my children's school and my husband's workplace. although it is pretty expensive considering houses in other areas of pattaya, i think it's still worthwhile as every family member is happy with the house.
