i had the opportunity to visit the showroom after receiving the project brochure from my friend. the real place is very similar to the picture. the first time coming, i was impressed. the sample rooms are beautiful in every type, which makes me hesitant because i prefer the 2-bedroom room but am staying alone, so i chose to book a 1-bedroom room instead. the room is nicely decorated, and the furniture is well-placed. in terms of the common area, it's equally beautiful. and it has all of the necessary amenities, which is ideal for relaxing. besides, the location is close to bearing bts. it's extremely convenient to get around. also, this area has shops, restaurants, and markets because there are a lot of people who live here. you can also go to bitec bangna if you want to go to a nearby shopping mall. finally, for those looking for a new condo near bts, this is a good choice. this project extremely suits the needs, and the cost is also reasonable.

condo near the train, expressway, market, convenient access to the city, 9 stations to asoke area. the central part is managed by lpn, taking care of the dwellers in order, clean project, suitable for people working on the light green line.

beautiful project with a large common area

i had the opportunity to visit the project's showroom and immediately decided to buy it. at first sight, i was impressed with their facilities. it has everything that the city's residents want in every way, particularly green spaces and large exercise areas. there are numerous exercise options for people of all ages, including 3 pools, treadmills, bike lanes, skating rink, sauna, etc. even though there are 3 buildings in this project, none of them obstruct the views of the others. the room i purchased has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. it is gorgeous. the project also includes a variety of other services, such as a shuttle bus and an on-site shop. it makes my life easier. in addition, there are shopping malls, hospitals, and schools located nearby. it is in a convenient location, close to bang na bts station and bang na expressway.

このコンドミニアムはとてもモダンに見え、ユニークなデザインが施されています。コミュニティモールもあるので、気軽に食事に行くことができます。ただし、ショッピングをしたい場合は、bitecバンナーやセントラルバンナーなどの大きなショッピングモールも近くにあります。 btsバンナー駅まで通路があるのは素晴らしいですね。また、私の部屋はベッドルームが 1 つしかないにもかかわらず、とても広くてとても快適です。ただ 1 つだけ、このプロジェクトの設備には非常に残念です。住民にとって、もっと多様性のあるものであるべきだ、あるいはプロジェクト内にコミュニティモールがあるが、それ以上の施設を配置するのに十分な面積がないのではないかと考えるかもしれない。
