this project is designed for people who are looking for an office building that can live in one place. and i think it's suitable for those who want to invest in renting out the property as well because it is quite in demand for growing small-medium businesses. in addition to being able to use the space effectively, it is also convenient to get around as it is close to udom suk bts station and central bangna. with a large usable area of 388 square meters and a ceiling height of 3.7 - 5.0 meters inside the house makes, it looks airy, airy, and well-ventilated, and the first floor can park up to 8 cars. also, the materials and furniture are of good quality.

ここに滞在することで、バンコクでの生活が旅行の面でずっと楽になりました。なぜなら、場所はbtsウドムスックのすぐ隣にあり、徒歩5分以内だからです.多くの時間を節約するのに役立ちます。ベッドルームは 1 つしかありません。大きくはありませんが、よく仕切られています。プロジェクトの施設は、ラウンジ、設備の整ったジム、ラッププールなど、非常に新しくモダンであるため、強調されています。がっかりしたことはありません。

バンナーエリアでコンドミニアムを探していて、このコンドミニアムを見つけました。モダンなデザインと敷地内設備を備えた、完全なコンドミニアムです。また、btsのウドムスク駅や幹線道路に近く、アクセスしやすいため、ここへの旅はとても良いと考えられています。また、コンドミニアム周辺のセントラル プラザ バンナー、メガ バンナー、バンコク大学など、多くの重要な場所に行くことができ、日常生活がスムーズで快適になります。このコンドミニアムを購入して正解でした！

卒業後3年ほどバンコクで働いていたのですが、賃貸料がコンドミニアムの分割払いと同じだったのでコンドミニアムを購入することにしました。そんな時、このマンションを見つけて購入を決意しました。このプロジェクトは、bts ウドムスック駅から 250 メートル以内の便利な場所に位置しています。ウドムスック市場までは歩いて数分なので、決断は正しかったと思います。私が購入した部屋は、広々とした 1 ベッドルーム、1 バスルームのユニットでした。バランスも良く分割されており、一番印象に残っているのは造り付けの家具が揃っているので、家具を買うのにお金が全くかからないことです。さらに、ジム、プール、緑地や庭園、図書館など、プロジェクト施設も充実しています。他に求めるものは何もないと思います。おすすめです！

この環境に優しいコンドミニアムは木々や緑豊かな庭園に囲まれており、日陰があり爽やかなエリアとなっています。素敵な雰囲気はもちろんですが、部屋自体も私が借りているワンルームのように素敵です。それほど広くはありませんが、テレビ、電子レンジ、ソファ、エアコンなどの家具が完備されています。木々に囲まれた心癒される庭園の景色を望むお部屋です。フロント、スイミングプール、広い庭園、フィットネスセンターなどの標準的な設備は整っていますが、フィットネス機器は少し少ないかもしれません。 btsのウドムスックに近く、場所が良いので、ここでコンドミニアムを借りるのは良いです。どこに行くにも便利です。そして最も重要なのは、レンタル料金が高くないことです。

the project is conveniently located next to sukhumvit road, which is easily accessible by private car and public transportation. this place is only a few hundred meters from udom suk bts. it is easy to find a taxi in front of the condo. the staff is lovely and welcoming. i like the room here because it is larger than 30 square meters. the space in the room is well-organized and furnished with standard furniture. i also like the swimming pool, which offers a stunning view of bangkok. most importantly, the price per square meter here is still reasonable, so it is worthwhile and perfect!

i recently moved here. my room is a one-bedroom unit with good size and plenty of space. the room is divided into proportions. it is fully furnished and has some necessary electrical appliances. within the project, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, reading room, fitness center, etc., which are all ready to use as you desire. this condo's location is also intriguing because it is close to udom suk bts, and the setting is surrounded by several shops and restaurants. there is a vibrant atmosphere, which seems busy all time. in terms of the rental cost, it is reasonable. this condominium is fantastic!

プロジェクトはよく管理されており、ロビーやスイミングプールなどの共用エリアはきれいです。居住者が少ないので、それほど混雑していません。雰囲気は穏やかでした。最も重要なのは、プロジェクトの場所が車で混雑していない行き止まりの路地にあることです。また、bts ウドムスック駅からは徒歩わずか数分です。一方、ウドムスックエリアは食料品が豊富に売られていてとても便利です。

this condo is decorated in resort style, shady and full of tall trees. the interior is in a modern design. i really like it. it is divided into two buildings. the condo is suitable for those who are looking for a condo near bts skytrain, near convenience stores and shopping areas such as central bangna. the swimming pool is very nice. there are garden, relaxation area, parking lot and security guards to keep me safe and comfy. i want a room with built-in furniture so i don’t need to decorate much. i love staying in town. although i have a car, i prefer to use a skytrian. the place is exactly what i want.
