i chose this condo for my nephew because of its beauty and the convenient location for relaxation. a one-bedroom unit is spacious enough. my nephew works at the naval civil engineer department, which is not far from the project. itsaraphap mrt station is nearby, making commuting easy. it is convenient to get to many destinations by car. the facilities in the project include a swimming pool, garden, gym and many others for a good rest on the weekend. the neighborhood also has shopping malls, local markets, and floating markets. if anyone is looking for a condo that meets the vibrant lifestyle, i recommend it and guarantee you won't be disappointed.

私はタープラに引っ越してきましたが、チャラン・サニットウォン通りに隣接し、タープラ交差点からわずか100メートルという素晴らしいロケーションにあるため、ここで1ベッドルームのコンドミニアムを購入することにしました。また、mrt タープラ駅まではすぐの距離にあり、どこへでも簡単にアクセスできます。プロジェクトの場所は、都市に近く、手頃な価格の完璧な代替高層コンドミニアムです。それ以外にも、周囲にはレストラン、コンビニエンスストア、ザ・モール・ライフストア・タープラ店などのショッピングモールなどの施設が充実しています。買い物は簡単で便利だと考えられています。このプロジェクトは、立地以外にも、スイミングプール、ジム、スカイラウンジ、庭園、24時間セキュリティシステム、プロジェクト周囲の監視カメラなど、住民のニーズを満たすあらゆる施設を提供します。

it is a condo that i recommend you to stay in because it is close to tha phra mrt, there is a restaurant in front of the project entrance, and 7-eleven. inside the project, there is a pleasant atmosphere with friendly neighbors who do not bother one another. the rooftop swimming pool is our favorite feature. aside from the clean pool, the views of the surrounding city are also breathtaking. there are small parking spaces. our room is a studio, so it's a little cramped. the decoration is my favorite because it is simple, elegant, and charming. the furniture is of high quality and very modern, and the price is very reasonable and well worth it.

このコンドミニアムはmrtタープラ駅から少し離れています。しかし幸いなことに、このプロジェクトには駅までのシャトルサービスがあります。訪問者は簡単にプロジェクトに参加できます。警備員は厳しくありませんが、清潔感はあります。隣人は素敵で、プロジェクト内にはセブンイレブンもあります。確かにとても便利です。私は共用プールがとても好きです。私の部屋はモダンな家具で装飾されたスタジオルームです。部屋は狭くも不快にも見えません。 1～2人用にぴったりです。販売価格も高くないので、予算が限られている方にもおすすめです。

the staff is good

the staff is good, unlike some places where the staff is unwilling to serve. there are 2 elevators, with a few fitness pieces of equipment, but it's enough for the number of residents. the swimming pool is nice and clean, and there is also a small shop on site. i bought a 2 bedroom unit, located on the 23rd floor. the atmosphere was quiet and private. the interior has a spacious area of almost 90 sq.m. the furniture is ok. for the best, it is probably the location since it is next to tha phra mrt and not far from bts. most importantly, it is close to siam university, where my daughter is studying. it's convenient for our family.
