my girlfriend and i decided on this condo as our bridal residence. it was as opulent as a high-end condo with an elegant design. i bought a one-bedroom condo that is the ideal size for a couple. it is close to the chao phraya river and popular hangout spots like asiatique the riverfront and robinson bangrak, which is why we chose to buy it. it is also close to my office because i can commute via sathon-chan road, which provides quick and easy access. we usually take a motorbike taxi to the surasak bts station and our workplace, which takes less than 10 minutes. it also helps to avoid traffic jams. i'd recommend this condo for your consideration!

the project is now under construction. it is suitable for anyone looking for a condo near the bts station because they can quickly get to bts and easily get around bangkok. the project is up to quality standards, minimal, suitable for people these days. the facilities such as swimming pool, gym, working area, and garden are great. in the next 5 years, i think this location may become popular because this area can support the expansion of the city very well. it also provides easy access to famous shopping malls such as icon siam. it is well worth the investment.

i have been living here for almost a year. it is a high-rise condo with 31 floors on wutthakat road, close to the sathon - si lom area, which is the potential location on the thon buri side. i think this place is suitable for both living and investing because the location is good, easy access to the city's center or get out of the town. there is a large 7-eleven and a small local market nearby as well. the project itself has a modern design, an l-shaped floor plan, and a tranquil atmosphere. there are many different rooms for the customers to choose from, ranging from studios to two bedrooms. all are fully furnished with various furniture, kitchen set, air conditioning, etc. there are also basic facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness, jacuzzi, relaxation area, garden and many more. recommend for anyone looking for a good condo with full facilities.

i bought a 1-bedroom unit in this condo. the interior is decorated with a very modern and beautiful design. i also like a common area, including a large swimming pool, fitness, and rooftop lounge. however, the most impressive thing is the project location. in addition to being close to pho nimit bts station, it is also situated on the main road, allowing you to access via many routes easily. besides, the surrounding environment is so relaxing. as there are a few units here, it provides a high level of privacy, ideal for those who love the uncrowded. personally, it's considered an excellent choice to stay.
